Nook Farm is situated in the beautiful area of North Lincolnshire and boasts 10 acres of grassland. The site is surrounded by five well-stocked fisheries which attract plenty of wildlife. The campsite is located next to an orchard and surrounded by horses grazing in the fields, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Horse riding lessons can be booked from £18 per child for a beginner’s session (age 5+) and £21 per adult.

The non-electric grass tent pitches are 10m x 10m and come with no electric hook-up. On-site facilities include a toilet block and a newly built shower room with heating.

3. Glamp out in York from £20.00pppn

Located within easy driving distance of the famous York Racecourse, this family-based site is situated in the heart of Yorkshire’s Ryedale. The on-site pony trekking includes options for both beginners and expert riders, starting at £20 an hour for a truly remarkable ride across stunning landscapes.

The 7m x 7m grass pitches are located on terraced camping fields with spectacular views over the Mawddach estuary. Electric hook-up 10-amp is optional. Guests will find fantastic facilities on site including hot showers, loos, washing-up areas and a launderette.
