Positiv Very helpful staff in the pub. Small, quiet site and good with dogs both on the site and in the pub too. Great location in a small village with one other pub nearby.

Negativ There is one toilet and one shower in one room. It would be a nightmare if it was a busy site as there could be a few issues with that. Would be good to keep the loos open in the pub maybe!

Positiv The small paddock is in a great location in a little village behind a pub, with great access to local lakes and for exploring North Wales. When we arrived there was only one other tent there… perfect, but by the Saturday night the field was filled with tents and motor homes… very cramped! Clean toilet and shower, although due to it all being in one unit, when others are using the shower, you have a long wait for the toilet.

Negativ The close proximity of the other campers.
Shower should be separate to the toilet.
No washing up facilities, but they did offer to wash up for us in the pub kitchen if we wanted, which was very kind.

Positiv Friendly staff, good food and atmosphere in the pub

Negativ The pitch is very small . No space for tents .
One toilet shower and about 20 people if not more camping . We didn’t expect to be staying in what was essentially a pub car park with no room to move . A lot of dogs barking all night .
Family across from us we’re letting their dog poo outside our tent , the dogs kept weeing on our tent also so we had to throw it away , apparently they don’t need to put there dogs on Leeds
No wifi apart from in the pub , pubs open at 11am . If I’d known we wouldn’t have paid so much but apart from all the negative aspects we managed to have a good time . It’s definitely not for small children
There is a lot of noise well into the night being one of the only pubs in the village it gets busy . Not great to try and get sleep .

Negativ Although the shower was good the towel rail was warm, the cubicle could have been a bit bigger, for larger people

Positiv Was very small site on the back of a pub but was nice and quiet for me and my family, owners were lovely and checked on everyone every day and were very helpful

Negativ Only thing I would change would be a better shower facility was very clean, but wasn't the best and could do with another one
