Negativ Very dirty place tiolets very dirty not cleaned properly also having to pay for swimming at £5.5o per adult on top off your fees count that up for week to dear lighting in park shocking bins a disaster area

I am sorry you were disappointed with your stay at our park. The swimming prices are stated on the pitch up website in our information.
When you book your pitch you are paying for the pitch and any extras you bring with you, not for swimming, horse riding etc.
The toilets are cleaned regularly by our staff throughout the day, we do ask that customers clean up after themselves when using the facilities in respect for other users.
The bins are emptied three times a week.

Positiv Family bathroom available to use for tiny children, great big park area, clean toilets, nice wildlife areas and walks down to the beach, friendly staff

Negativ Hardly anything, bins were always overflowing next to park attracting wasps. Didn’t use swimming pool as thought it was poor value for money.

Positiv The lovely walks all round and the wonderful helpful staff the faculties were spotless and plenty of them.

No soap or hand dryer or paper towels in clubhouse toilets

No soap in any dispensers in washroom facilities
Only one hand dryer

Rubbish strewn all over

Disappointed because it had such good reviews

Negativ Sadly this park is under staffed over run with grime dirt and rubbish and over priced food. We arrived on Saturday and visited the “leisure” centre and bar, ordered food at 8pm which cost £44 for a pizza and 2 portions of mac n chips and finally served our food at 9:20pm. I felt sorry for the poor girl who was serving the food on her own. She was clearly under 18yrs as she couldn’t serve alcohol, and people were giving her abuse because of the waiting time for their order.
Onsite the bins were overflowing with rubbish and between the seagulls picking at the bags and the high winds, rubbish was lying all over the site. No lighting to help make your way to the shower block in the middle of the night and when you get there the place is outdated and dirty. The shop is over priced and the nearest super market is over 30mins drive away.

Positiv Lovely site, lots for kids. Clean and tidy and staff were very pleasant and helpful

No WiFi but I loved that and the kids didn’t miss it

Positiv The site in general! It has a little something for everyone and noon breathing down your neck like some other sites. Liked the later quiet times, makes more sense for the majority of people. Big pitch, toilets were clean, staff were pleasant and helpful. All round good site

Negativ Not so much a dislike but the pay per use of the pool would end up extortionate if we had used it daily. We were there for 1 week and 3 adults and 4 kids in total. Would be good if there was a way of including use of pool or maybe a weekly pass? Also pool and changing facilities could be cleaner

Positiv Excellent site with clean toilets and shower area. Nice park, lots of things to keep kids entertained. Beach nice.

Negativ More regular bin cleaning needed, swimming pool needs to open earlier, more stock needed in the shop.

Positiv Excellent site, plenty of activities for children. Site is huge with plenty of pitches for tents and caravans.
Pizza is excellent, good prices in the food/bar area.

Negativ Shop doesn’t stock too much and the closest shop is quite a drive away.
Signage could be better around site.

We paid for WiFi to plan trips with satnav etc, not the best coverage. Although cheap enough.

Positiv Lovely short walk to a beautiful rugged coastline

Negativ 10, 000 feral kids running and cycling riot till turned 11pm,.across pitches and cables
Avoid the top area completely, absolute nightmare with kids left to run riot with no parental control!
I had severe words with a not so delightful young lady who thought it was ok to F & C and other delightful language in front of young children.
On hearing my " discussion" with this delightful young child , 2 fathers appeared and thanked me for " dealing with said young Lady "
I didn't feel safe on this site, we took everything in at night,
I didn't use the facilities, but my partner went to use the men's in the evening and came back to use our MH shower, he said they were in a right mess !
Thank God we we're only there for one night !
I raised the issues with a young lady on reception, this place has no security and is accessible from all routes, especially the horrible single track lane you have gain access by !
Not recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful stay.
