Positiv Setting on Hartman’s MoorNature Reserve but also close to Wareham and Swanage. Quiet campsite, large pitches (none are marked out) adjacent cafe and laid back vibe. Hot and powerful showers. Good price

Negativ During bank holiday weekend there were constant queue for the toilets; would suggest creating a few extra toilets on their own .

Positiv Great location for exploring Purbeck with nice flat fields for camping. Stunning views from the upper field of sunrise/sunset. The toilet/shower block is well provisioned with good hot water. Visited the cafe and had lovely homemade cakes and coffee. Would stay again.

Positiv Peaceful setting with lots of pitch options. Very laid back feel.
Friendly and helpful staff in the cafe with good food options for breakfast and snacks.
Good location for Wareham, Corfe and Studland

Negativ Shower options limited.
No organised check-in and I never really knew who was in charge!

Positiv Perfect campsite with the option of various fields to pitch up on. Surrounded by beautiful rolling purbeck hills. Lovely hot water for showers and a variety of toilet options. Cafe and small play area on site. A lovely pub just a 10 minute walk from campsite. 8 min drive to Studland and Swanage, great location

Negativ No one came to check us in or check our booking/I.D.
Other than that, absolutely no dislikes

Positiv 2nd time camping here and loved it just as much as the first. We pitched in the first field on the left as had children with us, (7months, 4yrs and 5yrs in ages) A peaceful night had by us all.
Facilities fab, cafe, eco loos, shower rooms (we tried them all out) lovely hot water in all.
Thank you for the thoughtful charging points for electrical items, very helpful.
Look forward to returning next year.

Positiv Loved it that much that we came back the next weekend also (with our 7month daughter in tow). Very much enjoyed the relaxation and freedom to pitch where you like. Eco loos surprisingly not what I expected, great facilities . Fab location, close to Corfe, swanage and studland. We enjoyed a meal at the pub opposite the campsite, a nice little walk.

Positiv Location is great to explore Dorset, set in heathland and very close to corfe castle. Great that the check in and check out times were flexible. Looks like there is a lovely cafe on the grounds.

Negativ Not enough toilets as had to queue in the rain for the two toilets with showers every time. Other option is the eco long drop toilets with no sinks, not for everyone! I would come back if there was a bigger toilet block, however currently it's not suitable if you have any urologly conditions or are of a certain age!

We are a small pop up site with 6 toilets and 4 showers. Admittedly, 4 of them are long drops but we are a back to nature basic site - not a commercial site - so very difficult to get planning for more than we have. Simple camping which most people love as our reviews confirm. It does suit most people who want a basic rural setting, but not everyone who need a bit more. The cafe offering food and coffee is a positive addition. We hope to see you again sometime.
