Positiv What a beautiful park and so well kept. I really enjoyed my 2 nights stay there. The whole place showed attention to small details. Pristine facilities and beautiful flower beds. Very friendly staff.

Positiv Really liked being close to the park and the clubhouse. We had a carvery there, food was lovely. Shame it was closed on the Monday and Tuesday as we would have went for food.

Staff were lovely and polite. Were very helpful. We had an incident where someone had damaged out awning and drove off at speed without checking we were okay and what damage they caused. Staff helped us get hold of them and also found what he did on your cctv.

Positiv Lovely quiet site, nicely set out. Good onsite pub and children's play park.
Toilets very nice. All fully serviced pitches.
Visiting ice cream van.

Negativ Fully serviced point slightly awkward, in my instance the waste was having to run uphill which didn't work well for draining the water in the caravan sinks.
Quite allot of wasps at the play area

We booked this site specifically because it had a bar and grill on site, so we could have a drink or 2 and not drive.
Only when we got there (after paying) did we discover the bar and food was closed, and there was nowhere within walking distance or any taxis in the area, no local takeaways to deliver and the nearest pub food was ….. not great. You also can’t get your cash deposit for the key fob back before opening time in the morning if you planned on leaving early. Overall the site was very nice, we wouldn’t have booked if we knew the facilities would be closed though.

Positiv Site was immaculate all facilities where very clean and good working order. Showers were where good! Restaurant/bar was good with good menu reasonably priced

Negativ Dogs not allowed in bar/ restaurant except in beer garden I think a section should be made available as most of the caravans/ motorhome had dogs with them

Positiv The site was exceptionally clean & tidy, the shower blocks too. Liked the key fob, never had that before on sites, made you feel extra secure & safe throughout our stay, plus you got your money back at the end of our break which was a nice touch.
Our pitch was great, having a fully serviced pitch made all the difference. Very quiet & best nights sleep!
Having a restaurant on site was a bonus compared to other sites we’ve stayed at & the food amazing & good value.
All staff we met were extremely friendly & helpful.

Negativ The only negatives, the site is in the middle of nowhere & having a local bus route would be great…….but we knew this before we came & used the site as a close base to Morpeth where family were.
Would be nice to have free WiFi like other sites.
