Positiv What a gorgeous bank holiday weekend we had here 😍 the campsite and surrounding area views are beautiful and such friendly owners! Made us feel very at home the minute we arrived and although this is a 'basic site' the attention to detail in the toilet/shower area was such a nice touch.

Loved it that much nearly booked up again for this weekend but hubby can't get the time off 🤭

Positiv Amazing location by the river - beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere and a really welcoming site.

Negativ Nothing to dislike if you appreciate natural surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere.

Positiv First time here the owner was very friendly and give us all the ins and outs of the site loos and shower very clean
its just what we both needed very relaxing and beautiful sunny weather

Positiv Loved the location - had a path right next to the campsite that takes you along the river and up to the grounds of Bolton Abbey.

Negativ Not necessarily a dislike, but only two toilets and one shower. Good for what we needed.

Positiv Lovely, peaceful site. Stunning views and perfectly fine facilities. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely return

Positiv Quiet. Simple. Stunning views. Friendly owners. New favourite site. Perfect t riverside walks to Bolton Abbey and to Appletreewick. We will definitely back as soon as we can. Thank you. 🙏🏽

Negativ Others people’s neglectful recycling habits! Why can’t people sort out their rubbish from recycling (as the signs say). We cannot continue to enjoy this beautiful world if we don’t look after it.

Positiv Fantastic location and nice level places to pitch. Owner popped round to check booking and all good. Facilities good but could do with more if busy, we were fine.

Negativ Suggest another two toilet snad 1 more shower would be better.

Positiv Our stay was enjoyable, the site is very peaceful and the setting idyllic, the facilities are basic but very clean and tidy. The situation of the site is great for walking with lots of wildlife

Positiv Friendly owner - Handy location - the owner cleared his sheep, so we could pitch up on a different field, due to the bad weather.

Negativ Track to the camping field was not usable due to heavy rain. Secondary field was not level. Facilities were pretty basic for the £27 paid

Vom Platzbetreiber: Hi thanks for your comments due to 24 hours heavy rain the day previous the track had washed out. The track is gravel but had been washed away. The field you had parked on was not level were you parked but if you had gone back 10 feet is near perfectly level. It’s a basic pop up campsite states this on the listing.
