Gepflegter Platz mit schönem Flussufer. Freundliches Personal, toller Hundespaziergang, gute Duschen, kurze Wege nach Richmond. Geruch an Chemietoilette und Duschkabinen verbesserungswürdig. WLAN-Probleme behoben.

Showers and toilets were immaculately clean
Negativ Has a large number of long stay caravans
Would be too busy in high season
The laundry facilities were very dirty so I didn't use them I feel the long term residents / visitors need to look after their facilities dryer looked like it had dog bedding in it it was full of hairs
Takevaeay wasn't open but that wasn't stated anywhere before booking
The shop didn't have anything useful such as milk

Positiv Spacious pitches with lots of room, grounds are well kept, staff friendly and helpful, lovely scenery, immaculate shower block. Easy to get to Richmond town centre, well kept play area if you have children. Small shop in reception for essentials

Positiv Great site, absolutely stunning location at the side of the river. Amenities are all very clean and tidy. The amusements were an added bonus. Walk through the woods are nice peaceful with great views

Ben was very welcoming and even assisted when changing the gas bottle which was available to purchase on site - a positive not having to locate a supplier in an unfamiliar area.
Toilets large and spotless with good showers
We will visit site again.

We wont be returning and I would recomend this as a caravan site.

Positiv Riverside location.
The one safe walk away from the site is quite a nice walk although you need to be reasonably sure of foot.
Negativ Cold showers and no heating in the shower block. Cleaning of the shower block at 09:20 is very badly timed.
The only way to safely walk away from site is through fields via a public right of way.
Lack of local information available on arrival.
