Syntes om Lovely place, really nice friendly staff, good entertainment lots to do, site nice and clean.

Syntes ikke om Showers not the best, nothing in cubicle to put toiletries, towels or clothes on and showers not powerful. No bins for dog waste. There was also campers who had a nasty cannabis habit the smell was awful.

Syntes ikke om The pitch cost £60 to use between 2pm and 10 am.. not even 24 hours. If you wanted to arrive at 11am it would cost a further £15. .. that would make it £75 for still not even a day. The pitch was littered with fag buts and a rotten watermelon. This would indicate that no people had gone in there to clean from the previous campers and it's just a way of getting more money from you.

Syntes om Lots of activities but disliked having to pay for everything! . Food was reasonable suprisingly, and you can take dogs in certain areas which is helpful. People friendly.

Syntes ikke om Lack of signage re speed No mops in showers. Water everwhere. Lots of kids unsupervised on bikes but having fun. Showers cold. Push button to save water but no plugs to wash up so lots of water wasted! Charge of £5 for a plug? Health and safety aspects. Road had big cracks and holes. Surprised no kids were injured. Staff were friendly except for booking in was appalling talked over. Twice. Told could not sleep in awning after paying extra which was disputed then given a pitch no 1 right by barrier which isnt a proper pitch so my husband said we needed to be moved. Don't like not able to get onto a pitch until 2pm half the day gone which you have paid for! Off by 10 am???. Expensive for what it is.

Syntes ikke om Grass pitches are grassless with hardcore which means pegs are unable to enter the ground, even extra toughed pegs.
Woof park is derelict and broken which means your dog isn't able to use it (see photos)
If you're allocated pitch 1, do not take it otherwise you'll be back to complain and be moved. Don't try phoning them because they don't answer, staff are just having a laugh and ignoring customers.

Syntes om Liked the layout of the large campsite, easy to find and access our glampsite pitch.
Highly recommend the glamping option we had. Very good value for money.
Excellent service from the staff.
Good facilities.
Location close to shops and beaches.

Syntes ikke om Didn't like the scampi on the menu for the price of it. It was no better than what you would get from the frozen section in Aldi up the road.
The T.V didn't connect with the WiFi. So we had to hot-spot netflix etc. using our phone.

Syntes ikke om Showers and toilets in the block closest to the touring park entrance were poorly maintained although acceptably clean examples of this are sometimes there was no hot water the shower heads were blocked up and hadnt been serviced in ages which can cause legionela to breed which can be dangerous not to mention a poor shower , some of the toilet cysterns were overflowing wasting water , the chemical disposal was blocked and poo was all over the floor , the urinal is rusty yet I discovered one of the other toilet blocks as I was leaving and it was in much better condition I tried to phone reception and they hung up on me

Syntes om The park is a great size with a variety of activities for the family. The swimming pools were cleaned and managed well by the lifeguards.

Syntes om All the activities that are on site, having a shop, the entertainment, food options and heated outdoor pool

Syntes ikke om More of a safety concern was really young children riding bikes and scooters when it’s getting dark / past 10pm with no adult supervision and no regards to cars using the roads. Serious safety issue!
