Em va agradar Great helpful staff. A small camp site. Location quite good with a cosy Michelin star pub right next to site and a convenience shop within walking distance. Most pitches are very well spaced out with good and great views. Very peaceful most of the time but you can hear a bit of road noise at night.

No em va agradar The radiator on constantly in the shower room even in height of summer. Temperature of water in shower needs to be cooler in hot weather. The short burst of shower water in between the pressing of the button. No storage for shampoo, conditioner etc in showers. Paths on campsite are very loosely gravelled and cars going in and out of the campsite create a lot of unnecessary dust for the campers. Quite expensive for the facilities offered. Poor TV signal.

Del gerent: Hi i am glad you had a nice time, it is not a radiator, it is a heated towel rail, which you can turn on and off yourself, maybe someone used it before you went it shower, and did not turn it of, , we do hope to see you again.

Em va agradar We only stayed one night on our way up to Edinburgh. We would definitely have liked to stay longer and will be returning. The showers were excellent and clean. The surroundings are lovely in the marina. The café on the marina was lovely as were the staff and the food. The guy in the marina’s chandlery shop was also lovely and friendly.

No em va agradar The satnav took us down the wrong lane and the sign for the right lane was really badly done as only shows you the camping sign in the one direction.

Del gerent: Thank you for your lovely review. We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay, the marina surroundings, and the facilities, and that our café and chandlery staff made you feel welcome. Thank you also for the feedback about the satnav and signage — we appreciate you flagging this and will look at how we can improve it. We hope to welcome you back for a longer stay in the future.

Em va agradar The owner’s mum.

No em va agradar The crush and run chunky gravel. Traffic noise. Mouldy wooden shower draining mats. The owner’s grumpy dad cutting the site’s grass on his noisy sit down lawn mower at 6pm!!!

Del gerent: Thank you for your comments. Sorry to note your dislikes, quite surprised to read some of your comments following your conversations with us on site, you did not at any time mention any of the above and appeared to have enjoyed your stay along with your 2 dogs and their trolley.
