No em va agradar Facilities are outdated and not very clean, no toilet roll and broken toilet seats. Staff were incredibly rude, I’ve never known service like that. No welcome, helpful information and spoke to us like we were a hinderance. CCTV cameras everywhere watching you and staff walk around with torch’s checking up on everybody. It makes it feel like you’re being watched constantly. Female owner has the worst personal skills I’ve ever known. She is mean to children, shouting at them and has no customer service skills and makes everyone feel uncomfortable.

Del gerent: You stayed with us for 8 nights, which is a considerable length of stay, yet you never raised these concerns with us during those 8 nights. Had you told us that you were unhappy, we would have been given the opportunity to address the situation. If you genuinely felt that the site was unsuitable for you, we would also have been happy to discuss an early departure and refund the unused nights. It is therefore disappointing to read these concerns for the first time after you had completed your entire stay. Regarding the CCTV, this is in place for security and insurance purposes, as is increasingly common at campsites and other holiday accommodation. It is not there to watch individual guests or make them feel uncomfortable. Likewise, our presence around the site, including in the evenings, is part of running and maintaining a family campsite — it should not be interpreted as staff constantly watching or policing guests. Regarding staff walking around with torches, the torch is for our vision when dark. We have a strict 11 pm no-noise policy; another guest reported that your party were screaming for nearly an hour inside your tent We also make no apology for having rules regarding children and supervision. These rules exist for the safety of children and all our guests. We appreciate that you may not have agreed with the way a particular interaction was handled, but our responsibility is to enforce the site rules consistently rather than make assumptions about whether children are being supervised. Regarding the toilet seat, this was damaged by a guest and, once we were made aware of it, it was replaced within 24 hours. We always aim to deal with maintenance issues as quickly as possible. We respect your decision not to return, and we wish you well with your future holidays.
