Ik was blij met Liked the location, close proximity to Newquay and A30

Ik was niet blij met Facilities are outdated and not very clean, no toilet roll and broken toilet seats. Staff were incredibly rude, I’ve never known service like that. No welcome, helpful information and spoke to us like we were a hinderance. CCTV cameras everywhere watching you and staff walk around with torch’s checking up on everybody. It makes it feel like you’re being watched constantly. Female owner has the worst personal skills I’ve ever known. She is mean to children, shouting at them and has no customer service skills and makes everyone feel uncomfortable.
