A good place to stay if you plan to camp in the Millau area.
ag. del 2025 Em va agradar I loved the location because it was right on the bank of the river and is within walking distance of the town and driving distance of many outdoor activities.
The pool and evening music were also nice experiences, and so was the mixture of worldwide themes in different parts of the campsite.
No em va agradar The toilets and showers weren't very good as they were quite cramped.

No em va agradar The road to Salses-le-Chateau wasn't very direct and was on rough tracks, so walking into the town wasn't ideal.

Regarding the access to Salses-le-Château, it is true that the most direct path can be a bit rough. We usually recommend going via the Omya factory, which avoids the town center where some streets are too narrow for larger vehicles and where roadworks are often taking place.
