Del gerent: Saddened, noting the low evaluation of our activity and structure, received from Mr. Klaus & Ines Tüshaus, we want to assure that on our part, the maximum availability has always been offered to them as well as to all our loved guests.
So, highlighting the following:
- Yes, wearing a swim cap before entering the pool is required as a basic hygiene-rule aimed at all guests’ max “well-being”.
- YES, strict observance of rubbish sorting guidelines is required. …a rule too often disregarded by many, including older guests (this is also a mandatory requirement by our local municipality).
…we will make a greater effort in the future, to explain our guests that observing these basic rules, benefits the “well-being of all”, further than a shared social responsibility.

Finally, we would like to take this opportunity to THANK the many guests who daily appreciate our operative reality, our dedication to our work and all that we offer them with loving professionalism.

Em va agradar Super ruhiger Platz mit perfekt sauberen Sanitäranlagen Nähe Bolognia. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und schön. Badekappen sind an der Rezeption erhältlich und nicht zu teuer.
Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Del gerent: We really thank Mr. Andrew Braddock family, our welcomed guests for 2 nights, for all the positive appreciations to our Agri-Camping SAN PIO X Farm since 1708. In the meantime, regretted for the “supposed special treatment for a few private members”, we’d highlight the following: as written at pool entrance, too, we invite all the Agri-Camping guests to bring their own umbrella and seats on the pool-area. As thought our swimming pool is “MISSING the LIFEGUARD”, for SAFETY reasons, we’re prevented to allow the “Agri-Camping guests” self-service using both our umbrellas and our sunbeds. Thus, we don’t offer that service either for free or for payment. For the "private members", equipment’ using is under their full responsibility for any potential damage to things and people.

Em va agradar The campsite itself was very nice and well-looked after - the toilets, showers, washing machine and sinks for dishes were all kept nicely clean and we never had to wait for a free cubicle! The pitches were shady and again the campsite was beautiful with a natural feel and lots of greenery about. The staff were really friendly and explained everything well.

No em va agradar The location was a little bit difficult to get to and from, but that is to be expected from an agritourism campsite such as this one - more an issue with our planning than anything else but be aware it's a little bit of a hassle to get in and out of Venice (a combination of walk, bus then train and a train and expensive taxi back if coming back late). We weren't aware that the campsite was hosting a children's summer camp, and so there was a noisy group of children during the morning and day, but these were not around after around 4pm.
