Em va agradar Very peaceful campsite despite being full. Facilities kept clean and regularly checked and the showers were lovely and hot.
It wasn’t the cheapest, but given the location and time of year it wasn’t too bad.

Em va agradar Nothing bad to say really. Not a massive field which means limited number of pitches allowed and more importantly, no kids allowed 😊. Clean, well maintained toilets and hot shower facilities plus you have a washing up area and water refill station too. They also sell fire wood and kindle which came in handy for me. Family that run the place are always very kind and helpful with any questions you may have. There's also a nice pub about 20 mins walk up the road that do lovely food.

Em va agradar Loved our first trip to Bullshorn. Small friendly new adventure for the family. Clean toilets and showers. Not far from the bus stop to take you either to Swanage or Corfe. Could hear and see the smoke from the steam train. Hopefully when we visit next, the proposed new flat field will be ready with a view of the train.

Really disappointed by the low rating especially considering we don't allocate pitches, it's completely your choice where you pitch up and how closely you pitch to other people. We limit the number of pitches available to be booked to 25 which is extremely modest, considering the size of the space, so there was ample space should you have wished to have more space to yourself. Em va agradar Friendly people. Choose your own spot. Lovely clean toilets and showers. Relaxed vibe. No children in school holidays!

There is road noise, especially at the far end of the site. There is also some train noise. Neither detracted from a relaxing stay though.
Very poor mobile reception on EE

No em va agradar Main road noise, and train undulating and sloping field :( There were some flatter pitches at bottom of the field, but 5 people had spread out over them all.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your stay. Had you given us the opportunity to address your concerns while you were here, rather than leaving a damaging review afterwards, we would have done everything we could to help and, where possible, find you a more suitable pitch.

As stated in our campsite information, we are situated close to the main road and the lovely Swanage steam railway line, and the field is naturally sloping. We do have flatter pitches available, although these can be occupied during busy periods.

As a family-run business, it is particularly disappointing when something that could potentially have been addressed through proper communication instead results in a damaging review. We are a new venture trying to get on our feet, and we genuinely work hard to provide our guests with a pleasant experience. Had you spoken to us during your stay, we would have welcomed the opportunity to listen to your concerns and see what we could do to help.

Despite you feeling that way, we will certainly be continuing with our venture, as we’ve received such lovely and positive feedback from most of our other guests, which means a great deal to us.
