No em va agradar would have had nothing to complain about aside from the fact that there was an unleashed dog walking around and barking a lot at night (I phoned the campsite and they said it was a neighbour’s dog) to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping and had to leave the campsite. I was the only camper that night which made it feel worse

We did speak with you on numerous occasions during your visit and you said you felt reassured once I told you it was a neighbours family pet and a small Labrador.
We’re also sorry that, despite our efforts, you still felt unsettled. As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund and apologised for the experience.
We take feedback seriously and appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We’re sorry that your stay did not feel as relaxing and enjoyable as we would have hoped and we will ensure that our cute little Bella doesn’t try to play out again after dark!
