Em va agradar The pod was great! Spacious, clean , little sweet tray, nice cozy blanket for sitting on veranda at night. tv, lights , phone charging points. Toilets clean, stocked and have been going to the metal bridge inn for years as my parents live local so this was a little 1 night stay with my son and dog. Food is always good value for money, piping hot and friendly staff. I personally couldn’t hear much traffic from motorway or trains but there are ear plugs provided. Excellent value for money for a stopover. Still has the peaceful feel looking out at fields

Pods are really well kept, and the inside is so friendly and welcoming.
The toilets etc are clean and well lit at night.

Em va agradar Had a lovely stay in the double camping pod last week, just me and the dog. My first time going away on my own as my kids are older now.
Lisa and Megan are lovely, asking if I needed anything.
Double bed was so comfortable, I had a great few nights sleep!
The railway didn't bother me atall as I live very close to one anyway, the motorway noise was minimal too.
Solar panels did the trick for the tv, phone charging and my camping fridge. Battery etc tucked away outside nicely.
Enclosed decking was brilliant as it meant I could relax with the dog off the lead.
The sweets and ear plugs were a nice touch. Thankyou.
I didnt go for food as I didn't feel comfortable on my own with the dog but Lisa did say I could have something plated up to take back to the pod. Food looked amazing so I'll defenatly be doing this next time.

Em va agradar Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean.
didn't use the pub or shower so couldn't comment
noise from motorway /trains was minimal so not an issue for us.
No em va agradar electrical set up looked dangerous with a car battery and diesel heater next to a small table with tv kettle and an aerial, smell of diesel fumes once the door was closed wasn't nice at all.
Toilets were not clean
Wasn't sure if there was an area to wash dishes.
there was phone numbers to call for questions but we really couldnt get out of here quick enough not to our liking at all.

Em va agradar Lovely area 6 minutes drive to Gretna the place is So peaceful,bar staff were lovely and would do anything to help. Shower block was out of order but they give me a full room to shower in at the pub
No em va agradar The battery’s showing in the corner such a hazard, if u were to have kids/dogs etc also didn’t run a 12v kettle/ there definitely a way to make it look more safe and neat.

Em va agradar Location next to the M6, very basic pod which is perfect for a quick stop over. Easy check in and the pub is fine for a drink and food is reasonably priced.
No em va agradar Location next the M6, very noisy at night, diesel heater and car battery setup it a little concerning with dogs in the pod, toilets showers etc need some TLC.
