Aquest càmping acollidor, darrere del pub Devonshire Arms, té personal molt amable i menjar casolà excel·lent. Botiga honesta ben proveïda. Instal·lacions bàsiques però correctes. Ideal per al Peak District. El soroll de la carretera és un inconvenient menor. Bona relació qualitat-preu.

Em va agradar Friendly staff. Helpful and kind. Gluten free options on the menu and gluten free cakes available too. Great location for exploring the area. Toilet and shower were clean and stocked. Selection of games available to play after our delicious meal.

Pub was welcoming and food was superb we ate there both nights. Easy access to toilets and shower 24/7. Lively walk from campsite to Castleton and back about 12k total! They love dogs and are welcome and looked after in the pub.

Em va agradar Great pub. Staff were very welcoming and freindly. We had two small tents with our motorcycles and so there was plenty of space for us to set up camp.
For my evening meal I chose the excellent steak pie. Obviously cooked from scratch with a delightful suet pastry and served with the kind of chips that my nan used to make. Definitely not the usual frozen fodder.
All in all it was a lovely place to spend a relaxed evening.
No em va agradar I'm not sure this actually counts as a real negative. The pub is on a main road. So there is traffic all night. Definitely not a lot of heavy traffic, but just be aware that there is a road right outside the gate. Earplugs solved the problem for me.
