喜欢 Beautiful lake with great views from the campervan. Saw a kingfisher! Great showers and amenities. Wishes we'd known about the sauna, as we would have booked. Very useful for Dublin and catching the ferry the next morning.

不喜欢 Noise from road but absolutely fine once in van.

喜欢 Friendly and aimed at families. Animals to see and extra facilities. Good showers. Nice walks and well laid out.

不喜欢 Quite dark in our riverside pitch. Very close to neighbours, especially as there was so much space on the farm.

来自经理: Thanks for your review :) July & August we do have lots of family-campers which is lovely, so we have a brand new playpark with that in mind. If you visit outside of school holidays it's mostly couples and a peaceful atmosphere. We have tried to ensure there is minimal lighting around the site as light pollution spoils the amazing starry nights we have here!

喜欢 Convenient for ferry terminal and an early start. Great showers, immaculately clean. Great views across the bay.

不喜欢 A bit jammed in next to other vans but managed to go a bit further away as we knew we would be up early and didn't want to disturb others. Road quite noisy but didn't keep us up.

喜欢 Fabulous views and handy restaurant for evening meal.

不喜欢 Very compact site. Forgot we had booked EHU in our attempt to not stay right next to other vans. Food not great at hotel. Easy access having visited Belfast for the day.

喜欢 Handy site on our way up to Scotland. Easy to find.

不喜欢 Didn't need white plastic chain link around every pitch - not needed and spoilt the countryside feel.

来自经理: Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased you found the site convenient and easy to find. We appreciate that the white chain may not be the most attractive feature in our countryside setting. However, it is there for a practical reason. Following heavy rainfall—which is, unfortunately, quite common in the Lake District—the ground beyond the hardstanding pitches can become extremely boggy. In the past, vehicles and caravans have become stuck after driving beyond the pitch boundaries, despite guests being advised not to do so. The chain therefore provides a clear boundary and helps protect both our guests and the surrounding ground. Thank you again for staying with us.

喜欢 Loved the space and facilities at this campsite! Actually couldn't work out why there weren't far more people there! Had a fabulous bike ride in the Galloway Forest before heading on for Stranraer.

喜欢 Lovely campsite, great location, quiet and surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet close to a great pub. The farm now has a coffee shop which is open Fri, Sat and Sun 8:30-4pm - an extra bonus! We have returned for another visit, this time to celebrate a friend's 60th. She was delighted.

喜欢 Beautiful spot near the Severn. Lovely walks straight from the site and a great community pub in the village, plus coffee barn next door. No sign of the owners but not a problem as check-in instructions given.

不喜欢 Washing up sink not in use.

喜欢 Really warm welcome to the site. Could choose to go anywhere as quite quiet but kept fairly close to the showers/loos. Helpful information boards and recycling. Feels like the site is fairly new and things are in progress towards a really nice glamping site, but a few things are not there yet e.g. washing up - wasn't a problem for us, as we have a sink in the van. Really close to the beach and walkable to RSPB Snettisham.

不喜欢 No heating in shower or toilet block - but it was February and stormy. No problems otherwise.

来自经理: Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're thrilled you felt warmly welcomed and appreciated the convenience of our location near the showers and facilities. We're also glad you found our information boards and recycling efforts helpful. You're absolutely right, we're still in the process of developing our glamping site, and we value your understanding and patience as we grow. We're taking note of your feedback regarding the washing-up facilities and will be looking into options for the future. We also appreciate you mentioning the lack of heating in the shower and toilet block. As you noted, February can be quite challenging, especially during stormy weather. We're actively exploring solutions to improve comfort during colder months. We're delighted you enjoyed the proximity to the beach and RSPB Snettisham. We hope you'll consider visiting us again in the future to see the progress we've made! Thank you for your valuable feedback.

喜欢 Really glad we booked onto Lower Meadow. Plenty of room for games and play with a woodland walk on one side, and river walk on the other. Clean and tidy site with EV charger which was really helpful. Lovely walk from site to Shipton Gorge. Would thoroughly recommend.

来自经理: Thank you for the 10 out of 10.

喜欢 Fabulous spot along a very beautiful river. An evening walk in for a pub meal in Ennerdale Bridge. Very friendly owners. Only portaloos, but we had taken plenty of water, so not a problem. There are showers at the new 'Gathering' cafe/centre at Ennerdale Bridge if you're desperate!
