喜欢 Liked everything, beautiful clean shower and toilet block the best I’ve ever had the pleasure to visit, large private camping bays with lovely hedges separating the plots no need to erect your own wind breakers, excellent drainage on hard standing. This was my second visit.

喜欢 Everything was very good, large pitches, handy to Caernarfon, walked in taxi back cost £6.50, very clean showers and toilets, needed a couple of chairs to put your war bag on and a shelf for washing your face and teeth items. WiFi was a bit iffy at the bottom end.

不喜欢 Pitch to small for mwb camper van and sloped, to expensive for what you get, extra cost for Wi-Fi, no mobile phone signal, no chance of getting a swim full of locals, no time slots like most sites. Had to take clothes of before you could get into the shower Was really glad to leave

来自经理: Pitchup.com is excellent at providing park descriptions, pitch information, reviews posted by others, photographs by both the host and visiting guests, along with other helpful information too. When booking, you selected an electric grass tent or campervan pitch that stated a size of a maximum of 8m width × 7m depth (56m²). We presumed that you felt this was suitable for your 6 x 2 metre campervan and that it met your needs. We actually provided you with a bigger pitch that measures 10.25 x 7mtrs in size, and are a little perplex why you’ve commented on the size, when we provided you with something larger than what you booked! There is an additional charge for Wi-Fi. Many of our lovely guests use their mobile phone data, but we feel providing internet access is still important. Mobile phone signal is great! Over the last 2 decades, signal has been brilliant from all of the major network providers. The warm indoor pool is always popular in busy peak season times. We have 32 pitches and 10 self-catering lodges, most had been booked by families at the time you stayed. The swimming pool was full of activity, but in the 3 days that you were here, there were plenty of times that the pool had capacity for swimming. Customers have rate us 9.3 out of 10 for value for money and 9.6 out of 10 for customer service. It is disappointing to see that you feel differently. What is provided for the nightly charge, is clearly displayed on Pitchup.com. If after thoroughly reading the information, you feel that this is not a fair price, plenty of alternatives are available in this gorgeous area.

喜欢 Liked pretty much everything, good toilet and shower facilities ( bit dated) but well cleaned, close to bus stop ( 12 min walk) ideal to visit Padstow and Newquay, next door to Newquay airport.

不喜欢 Wi-Fi a bit iffey would only work on one computer, no problem for a few days though ( only cost £10 for the week) the site we’re on now is free for all devices and should be free on all sites. Especially when there is no mobile service.

不喜欢 Hate loath Unisex toilets and shower facilities breeding ground for perverts. someone walked in on my wife while she was having a private wash (and that says it all) No Wi-Fi

While many guests appreciate the practicality of our unisex washrooms, we completely understand that this isn’t to everyone’s preference. Please be assured that all of our toilet and shower cubicles are fitted with locks for guest privacy, and we take comfort and safety very seriously. We will also be reviewing the points you’ve raised to ensure that all guests feel secure and respected at all times. Regarding Wi-Fi, we acknowledge this is something many travellers now do expect and it is something we are currently looking into improving for our visitors. We do offer free Wi-Fi in our pub and surrounding beer garden but struggle to get a signal to the actual campsite. Openreach are working in this area to get super fibre broadband to our business - so fingers crossed Cheers Matt

来自经理: At the risk of repeating myself: we make perfectly clear on PitchUp what facilities we do and do not have. You also know the price you'll pay at the time of booking. If you don't feel its a fair price for the facilities we have then do not book. This means you can go and stay somewhere cheaper and it also prevents moronic reviews. Jon L

不喜欢 To enclosed, no view at all, to many hook up points to cramped, to many nettles and thistles, no clear path to hook up points, over grown I got stung and thistles quite a lost, pitchers needed mowing, 4” nettles sticking up all over the place, really bad attitude towards toilet block, clean them out your self or they will be closed, restrictions on electric use, can’t boil a kettle ect, very draconian attitude in my opinion, they did not care about the welfare of campers only profit, we didn’t stay the full duration, we went home, this is the only site as yet that I would not revisit
