喜欢 Location close to the Broads Novelty of the ferry Pub linked to the site, although we did not use this Live music heard from the pub garden which was nice to hear on the site

不喜欢 Too few toilets and showers for the size of the site, resulting in having to queue Lack of shelf or rack in the showering area for toiletries Lack of dry rack to stand on when dressing Showers did not appear to have been cleaned in the time we were there (2 nights) as a sticking plaster remained in the cubicle

喜欢 a beautifully set up camping experience. We particularly liked the defined boundaries of each pitch. Sometimes other sites are not as defined and this can cause issue. We also rate a site on its bathroom facilities. It was great to have all necessary amenities in the one room, making it easier. . We didn’t use the bar or cafe facilities but they appeared to be well used and welcoming looking in from the outside.

不喜欢 One thought would be to consider the gravel road, particularly on a bend where we were pitched. Banking of the gravel makes for an amplified ‘crunch’ even at 5mph as vehicles round the bend

喜欢 Site layout and hard standing for camper vans close to the horse arena Very friendly and hard working staff, Ellie in particular who appeared to do everything and still found time to exercise her horses which was a pleasure to watch in the arena Quiet and relaxing Very new and clean toilets despite few in number

不喜欢 Few toilets and showers if the site had been full, which it was close to being over the weekend One shower only had an on tap and it was difficult to control the temp. The other shower had a second tap to add in cold water One Airbnb user was returning back early hours of the morning despite a no vehicular movement. Airbnb was close to Campervan hard standing

不喜欢 Hard standing pitch for awning. If grass could be used you are then too close to the neighbour. EHU provides power to 4 pitches so bring a long cable (available on site if not)

We do have the option of electric grass pitches which you may have found more suitable for your awning, however booking well in advance is advised to secure one of these pitches as they sell out most of the time.
