喜欢 This was our second visit to this wonderful site and we weren't disappointed. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the site is spacious, well maintained, clean and quiet. Onsite bar/restaurant is lovely and very reasonably priced. Stratford town centre is only 1 mile away, an easy 20 minute walk or £3 for the water taxi.

不喜欢 I was disappointed with the toilet/shower block (at least the male side), although relatively clean it is in a poor state of repair with missing or broken locks on the cubicles, low pressure out of at least one of the showers, drains slow to drain standing water etc.

喜欢 Upon arrival the receptionist was polite and helpful. Just 10 min walk down the road is a pub and Tesco Express. Pitches are large and well spaced. Price very reasonable for mid August.

不喜欢 The site is located alongside the A158, the main road into and out of Skegness, so during the day there is continuous traffic noise. Proliferation of weeds across the campsite, even through the gravel pitches, site has an air of neglect and indifference, there was a fair amount of litter scattered across site too. Toilets though modern don't appear to be cleaned regularly.

喜欢 Well maintained and clean site with generous sized pitches. Toilet/shower block clean and modern. Quiet location alongside wooded copse. WiFi reception was excellent, albeit a little slow, however it's free so can't complain.

不喜欢 Only one thing, could you please put a small shelf in the shower cubicles so I have somewhere to place my soap, shampoo etc!

喜欢 This isn't a normal review as our booking was cancelled at the last minute by the park as unwanted visitors had taken over the site, so I can't comment on the actual site or facilities but can say that the staff & management were very upfront and helpful about the situation and offered a full refund immediately. So top marks for communication.

喜欢 Quiet location in the lovely village of Penally, spectacular view of countryside and the sea, clean well maintained. Short walk or bus ride into Tenby.

不喜欢 Our pitch was on an incline and even with levelling ramps we were walking up and down hill inside motorhome, slightly disconcerting. There are a limited number of toilets and showers available, though we stayed at a quiet period so no problem for us, but I suspect at busier times there maybe queues.

喜欢 Lovely quiet spacious site, well maintained with excellent toilet/shower block, perfect for a relaxing weekend.

不喜欢 Though there are 2 pubs within a short walking distance, neither serve food anymore despite what they say online, though site owners can arrange for meal delivery if required. Not the fault of the site, just something to keep in mind.

The local pubs have not done food for a while but they will let you order a take away and eat in the pub. We are always looking for food venders and have secured a pizza van for Saturdays. 喜欢 Everything about the site, clean well maintained; all the staff I encountered were friendly & courteous; ideal location for easy access to Stratford; the onsite bar/restaurant is impressive and reasonably priced. (One word of advice, if you want EHU you will almost certainly need a 25 metre long cable.)

喜欢 Took our 2 grandsons aged 9 & 10 for a weekend away, we were fortunate with the weather so they were able to take full advantage of the facilities and had a whale of a time; they're happy so we're happy! As an adult however, I was disappointed with the condition of the toilet/shower block which is in dire need of a refurb; though relatively clean locks on doors were broken, shower cubicle doors had seals hanging off, the showers are the irritating push button type that only flow for about 10 seconds so need to be constantly pressed. As to whether or not I would return or recommend to a friend that would depend; if the grandsons wanted to return then yes I would, but without them as an adult I don't think I could tolerate the toilet/shower block again.
