Formerly a one-night Proms-style concert, Lytham Festival is now a five-day event where more than 70,000 attendees enjoy a diverse range of sounds besides the Ribble Estuary. Inviting artists as diverse as pop megastar Kylie Minogue and theatrical luminary Lea Salonga, it has put Lancashire on the musical map.
See more of this northern county’s natural scenery by staying at a campsite near Lytham Festival. The coast is just a few miles away from the venue, so you could easily pitch up overlooking the Irish Sea. Alternatively, set your tent up at a site close to the buzz of Blackpool, or settle in by a sleepy seaside village like Lytham St Anne’s.
As this area is a tourist favourite, there are also plenty of holiday parks to pick from with a range of well-kept facilities.
