喜欢 Warm welcome. Flat pitch. We booked a grass electric but were given the option of any pitch as the place was very quiet so we picked one that offered at least some shade on one of the hottest weekends of the year.

不喜欢 It’s a basic site. Very rustic showers and toilets. Just love the smell of horse manure when I’m having a shower 🤢.

喜欢 Location great for surrounding area. Peaceful site nice size and well laid out. We booked two nights and stayed an extra night as we enjoyed the area so much. Facilities very clean and functional. Has fenced dog field.

喜欢 Lovely peaceful location where you can immerse yourself in the nature around. Very little road sound. Easy access to amenities and tourist attractions. Very welcoming host. Attention to detail on cleanliness. Decent sized pitches.

不喜欢 Required effort to level our caravan as the pitches are sloping.
Might prefer a check in earlier than 3 if possible.

喜欢 Pleasant/calm campsite located away from busy roads. Friendly and very helpful owner. Proper toilets and showers in functional buildings are kept nice and clean. Peaceful at night.

喜欢 Covert Farm Camping Site offers a refreshingly thoughtful and well-managed rural escape, balancing simplicity with just the right level of comfort.

From the outset, Frances (host) demonstrated excellent hospitality. Their proactive phone call ahead of our arrival checking whether we needed directions, set a professional yet genuinely caring tone that carried throughout the stay. It’s a small gesture, but one that speaks volumes.

On arrival, the layout proved particularly well-suited for those using a TentBox. The gravelled parking area provides a stable base for vehicles, adjacent grass offers ample space for securing your tent. It’s clear the site has been designed with practicality in mind.

The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything one might reasonably need. A subtle but touch was the softly dimmed lighting at night, bright enough to guide your way, yet gentle enough to preserve the peaceful atmosphere (and your dignity if you forgot where you left your torch).

In essence, the site delivers exactly what it promises: simplicity, space, and silence. No unnecessary frills, no overcrowding, just a calm.

Thank you to the hosts for sharing what is clearly a cherished slice of countryside. It’s not just a campsite; it’s a quiet reminder that sometimes, less really is more.

喜欢 It was very quiet and easy to get to other places along the west Wales coast.
Pitches were very big and well maintend. A lovely dog area.

Thanks for your review. It is worth mentioning for other guests that may see this that we do not advertise wifi on site, but the mobile signal is very good with access to 4G/5G.

Unfortunately we do not allow dogs to be let off the leads and run through people's pitches as not everyone is comfortable with dogs. We do have a large dog area specifically for letting your dog off the lead.

With regards to the facilities, I am sorry you were unable to get a fully-serviced pitch.

喜欢 Really enjoyed our stay here, so much so we extended our stay by another night,
Really nice peaceful camp with plenty of open space to walk the doggies, Fran the owner was really nice, friendly
And helpful.
our gravel pitch was pretty level so didn’t need our levelling ramps, we placed our awning on the grass next to our van, electric supply worked well and the showers and toilets were kept very clean throughout the week, we had mobile internet here all ok with EE so hotspotted our TV from my phone for Netflix in the evenings

不喜欢 Only a real minor but some hand drying towels or hand dryers in the toilets
would of been good or just remember to take a towel with you when using the toilets 😉
I kept forgetting lol
