喜欢 A lovely maintained site, staff friendly and welcoming. The site was located just right for our needs, for this trip, but is next to a dual carriageway so ithere s constant traffic noise.
Located near by is a service station which will cater for most peoples needs and an Aldi store next to it.
We were on a grass electric hook-up. Which we found too far from the facilities .
The showers block very clean, and we'll maintained but we found there was not neogh showers foe the size of the site, especially in busy periods ,
The site was dog friendly which allowed us to take our dogs with us.

Nothing else there - no playground etc

喜欢 Very friendly owners! Greeted quickly, signed in and taken to our pitch. Campsite kept very clean and toilets constantly stocked. The location is perfect and we will definitely be returning.

喜欢 The friendly welcome, staff absolutely lovely. The fact we were given two huge pitches to be with our friends in a motorhome (we were in a tent) so way more flexible and laid back than many campsites. Stunning views and clean facilities of all the basics. Situated perfectly for a stroll into Ruabon with a costa/Aldi literally on the doorstep

喜欢 place is ok for a stop over or if your deaf, depending on were you pitch road noise tremendous on the non ehu pitches wagons and boy racers ,but site is very clean and managed really well only issue was road noise,

喜欢 Large grass pitch, pitched next to friends. Also allowed our order son to join us for one night for a small fee.
Clean facilities
Large open spaces
Good location to nearby attractions

不喜欢 Pitches next to busy road so lots of traffic noise.
A bit expensive for a non-electric glass pitch

不喜欢 Campsite is right against a main road so the noise is unbearable all night, for the price the facility’s are some of the worst I’ve experienced, I would not recommend this place to anyone

喜欢 We had a fantastic extended bank holiday stay with 8 children and six adults. The site and facilities were extremely well maintained. The staff were very accommodating and helpful with good knowledge of the local area assisting us in planning our days out. We would definitely stay here again next year. We had a nice area for our Motorhome and two large tents with plenty of room for the children to play outdoor games. There is not a shop on site but 10 minutes walk away there is a 24 hour Shell fuel station with a well stocked Londis mini supermarket. They have a good supply of wood and charcoal for the barbecue, you can hire a fire pit from the site for your campfire experience. There is also a Costa and a Greggs within the Shell complex. Opposite there is a large Aldi store for all your other needs.
