- Only a limited number of anglers is allowed to fish at any one time. Please use the 'special requests' box to express your interest (unfortunately, requests cannot be guaranteed). Day tickets are only available for the pleasure lake; there is no day ticket access to the specimen carp lake at any time. Anyone wishing to fish the carp specimen lake must have appropriate carp fishing equipment including large 42” landing net, unhooking mat, carp care medikit and rod licence. No alarms allowed. Those without the correct equipment will be refused access. Please be aware that the fishery can close at any time during spawning.

喜欢: We liked the countryside view, quiet location and clean and decent showers.
Electric was included in pitch cost
不喜欢: Paying extra for the showers. Water for motorhome top-up could be better placed.

喜欢: The site is incredible, well laid out and the lake is beautiful.
A very warm welcome from the owner, he was accommodating and friendly, even offered us to swap pitches If the storm hit us too badly.
The WiFi was good, but..only if you could pick it up, sadly we were blocked by another caravan so couldn't use it.
The facilities are perfect, grey and black disposal, small perfectly formed pot wash, well thought out design.
But the highlight really was the shower block, it's truly spotless!! We work on sites and travel alot and these are the best we have ever seen, again the owner did a great job designing them, small again but more than enough for the site, warm inside and the showers are lovely, you have to pay, but certainly at this time of year, this was reflected in the price, and we don't mind paying if that's the standard you get!!

喜欢: Lovely peaceful well kept site overlooking the fishing lakes with beautiful scenery all around. Pitches are large and level so set up was straightforward. Andy the owner and his partner were both very friendly and helpful. Shower & toilet blocks are new and were spotlessly clean and warm too which was great as it was very cold. It didn’t bother us having to pay extra to use the showers - they were powerful with plenty of hot water. WiFi was a bonus and worked perfectly. Site is in an excellent location for Mid Wales and the Elan Valley and brilliant for stargazing at night. We really enjoyed our stay over New Year.

喜欢: Very quiet and relaxing the shower/toilet block looked new and was kept very clean and warm as it was November!!! We had a warm welcome and was shown around there were dishwashing facilities/fresh water and toilet waste disposal all kept very clean and tidy, our pitch was very spacious and over looked the fishing lake, we will definitely stay again in the spring
