喜欢 Friendly welcome , after explaining it was our first time camping , everything was explained to us , and we were told just ask if we needed anything . Feel like this was a perfect introduction , we will definitely be back

喜欢 2 brothers tent camping. This is almost wild camping with a very nice toilet and shower to hand. Pitch where you want. Fires allowed. Great people running it. Peaceful. I recommend this site

喜欢 Lovely quiet and tucked away farm with perfect fields to pitch up a tent or camper van. Host was really helpful with directions and accommodating us. With directions and time of arrival. Toilets, shower and washing up facilities are brilliant and nice and clean. Wasn't too busy like some places. Which gave you some privacy and felt really safe. Appreciate you a lot and thanks again.

喜欢 The site was well maintained and clean.
Wonderfully peaceful and quiet mid sized site.
Facilities available were great and again maintained well and in working order.
The owners were lovely and available for help and advice when needed.
Friendly cat and horses were lovely to meet.
Easy access to pitch at and leave.

喜欢 On arrival was greeted by a friendly lady, Lauren’s mum. She came to say hello once I and my nephew Noah chose our pitch in the large open field.
Although the facilities are basic and minimal (one shower, 2 toilets) they were well maintained and spotlessly clean.
We bought fire wood from on-site which was helpful and we borrowed a fire pit (free of charge)
The site is so peaceful and tranquil.
Hop in the car and within 5 minutes you can get to a cafe, a Chinese takeout, pizza and kebab shops, convenience store and cash machine.
Only one hour drive from Paisley, Renfrewshire.
Happy fellow camping neighbours.
I will definitely return (maybe without the dogs) and will recommend to other campers on social media platforms.

不喜欢 A bit restricted for my two dogs, the two access gates (one into the woodland and the other over the stream) were too overgrown and it was impossible to walk there, we had to turn back instantly. As I didn’t want to leave the site to find an alternative walk for the dogs it just meant they didn’t get a good run of their leads (not the end of the world, just me being picky)
The electric fence; on two occasions I had to shout to Noah (8 years) to remind him of the fence as he was extremely close to it! He was trying to send pictures of the horses to his mum. This could perhaps be an issue for small children running around freely enjoying themselves.
