喜欢: Super facilities, really clean and superb staff, loads of stuff to do with easy access

喜欢: Newlands is a lovely well cared for site. The facilities are great. Brilliant pool and bar/restaurant. We were enjoyed delicious meals. We stayed on the touring caravan pitches which were well maintained and spacious.
The children loved the playground and spent many hours there.
We will definitely revisit.

不喜欢: The only additional thing which would have improved our stay and I know this won’t affect all others is as we had a baby with us is if there was a large sink or small bath in the family shower room. This would have been great.

喜欢: This is our second visit and got a hard standing pitch as the last grass pitch was a muddy mess. the pitch was fine although a little tight on the length. Site is clean and well maintained. Booked a Sunday cavery and that was a good sized meal. Decent shop on site if your short of anything

不喜欢: Given the price of the pitches it seems a rip off to have to pay for swimming extra, given there are plenty of sites with pools in Dorset where it is included in your pitch price. Noise from A35 can be very load and all night

喜欢: The friendliness of the staff and people staying at Newlands holiday park, we took our 1year old son camping with us and weren’t shy of people we could go to for help at the park. Plenty of things for us all to do that included our young child and look forward to going back soon!

喜欢: The pitches were a great size, with loads of room for everyone.
The swimming pools were fantastic.
£3.50 for people staying at the site which was well priced.
The bingo at the Tow Bar was really fun, and a nice place to escape the cold evening for a couple of hours.

不喜欢: The toilet block ran out of toilet roll which was annoying in the middle of the night!!

喜欢: Beautiful views, cleanliness, pools and club area, proximity to coast and coastal walks. Pleasant staff. Shop on site. We’ve been here before and will definitely return

不喜欢: Surprising road noise for much of the night.
Closure of washing facilities on our tier as we were in a quiet week, meaning a trek to find them in another field.

Tent occupants are the only people on site required to pay for use of pool (friendlier to add it to the pitch price).

Guests staying in accommodation also have to pay for swimming if they choose to go. We do not add the swimming price into holiday costs as not everyone wishes to swim whilst they stay with us; we feel that it would be unfair to pass on the charge to everybody even if they don't use the pool facilities.
