喜欢 Nice big and well organised site, with a trail down to Porthtowan Beach.

Fantastic cafe and bar, we were even treated to some amazing live music during our stay.

Nice, clean toilets and shower facilities.

Amazing sauna facilities on site (extra charge)

不喜欢 Our pitch wasn't in the best spot, right next to the bar and in the Orchard field, so didn't benefit from the amazing views, like the rest of the site.

In fairness site was quiet from 11am onwards, so being next to the bar wasn't too disruptive.

不喜欢 Outdated facilities with insufficient showers. The toilets were cramped and confined spaces.

There was also no mobile phone signal.

Fun and friendly surf beach and world class at low tide. Great eco vibes. Loved all the recycling/ food waste. Great showers and toilets - clean and practical.

喜欢 The Eco Park is great as an events space. It has a nice bar with live music some nights, and a fantastic wild sauna called Soul Sweats (£13.50 for one hour). That was my favourite thing about the site! We also got takeaway pizza one night from the space near the bar.
It's a 20 minute walk from Porthtowan beach which is great for surfing/bodyboarding - the walk is quite steep but the views are great. Chapel Porth, Trevanaunce Cove and Portreath are also good beaches in the area.
There is a shop on site but it only sells knick knacks - there's a basic food shop in Porthtowan and a fish and chip shop, but you have to order in advance!
The atmosphere is generally chilled - mostly young families. A nice spot if you want a fun weekend with your kids or a short stay.

不喜欢 The marked out camping field is nicely laid out, but very near the bar so probably quite noisy in the evening. We were in the 'wild camping' field and could hear the music until late at night. So maybe not ideal if you're looking for a quiet camping experience.
The wild camping field was very crowded and there weren't enough toilet or washing facilities - only 3 Portaloos, which were sometimes blocked, plus a couple of compost toilets. One sink for washing up and 2 showers (good and hot). If you fancy a long walk, you can go to the flush toilets - but there are only 4 for the whole campsite, 3 small sinks and 2 showers which aren't always hot.
The space is a nice idea, but the owners should think about restricting numbers or providing more facilities. We left a day early.

喜欢 The location and facilities were great for our family get together. The musical offerings were fun and the range of venues for the children to go wild in made the holiday.

不喜欢 The loos needed emptying more regularly as when we were there, at high season, it was heavily frequented by campers etc.

喜欢 Fantastic facilities and a lovely location, bar and live music was great and great to be able to use it in day to play games etc out of the sun/wind. Lovely beaches nearby.

喜欢 We had a lovely stay at this campsite and were given a warm welcome from Millie. There are plenty of facilities available, including compost toilets, a portaloo and traditional flushing toilets. The showers were really good too, with three different options. There’s an individual bathroom style shower with a bench and pegs, individual outdoor shower cubicles and a family bathroom with three cubicles inside a hut which can be locked which is handy for families or groups. The washing-up facilities were clean and useful, and there were plenty of taps and bins dotted around the campsite. In the evenings there’s entertainment and a bar, while the café is open during the day and Pizza Hut is available in the evenings. There was no wifi available but we didn't struggle for signal. There are also yoga classes, saunas and cold bath sessions available throughout the day. One of our favourite things was seeing all the wild rabbits hopping around the campsite who seemed confident, clearly used to people being around on site. Overall, a really friendly campsite with great facilities and lots to keep you entertained. We’d definitely come back!
