不喜欢: Toiletten und Duschen verdreckt.
Entsorgung Chemie Toilette ebenfalls.

喜欢: Space, shielded from strong wind, loads of wildlife, birds singing. Good hot shower. Great location

喜欢: Clean site, facilities were well looked after, lovely views from our tent pitch of lands end and the countryside. All staff were very friendly and can easily reach local towns/ attractions.

喜欢: Close to beautiful Sennen Cove and Lands End. Great location. Good for a quick visit to explore this area but wouldn't want to stay much longer.

不喜欢: Site a bit run down and could do with some extra care. Facilities fine but toilet block not the best. Staff were willing to address feedback such as no toilet roll. Soap dispensers in the toilet were empty and when asking if we could have it topped up, reception staff seemed reluctant and unaware that soap was even provided. Quite small pitches, can get windy as quite exposed.

不喜欢: Site facilities - only one or two toilets had loo roll, the showers were off/not working in the block by the pod we were staying in.

喜欢: Location, close to lands end and Sennen. Friendly reception.

不喜欢: No soap available in the toilets, showers could do with some maintenance. Pitch wasn’t big enough for the awning to be put up, after paying extra for this.

来自经理: We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the limited bathroom amenities in our shower blocks. Please rest assured that our showers are cleaned and restocked daily; however, our cleaning team is on-site from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, which can lead to supplies running low overnight. We have a full maintenance team on-site working on necessary improvements, and we are planning significant upgrades to our facilities over the winter.

Additionally, we regret that the pitch size did not accommodate your awning. All pitch sizes are clearly listed during the booking process, and we do offer larger pitches to meet guests' needs. If we had been informed during your stay, we would have gladly arranged an upgrade for you. Thank you for your understanding.

喜欢: Central to attractions

不喜欢: Very shabby toilets in a state , showers in in one block not working was told to use mens of which you had to go through the urinals. The other block which only had four showers needed a good clean and decorated as water leaked everywhere. Outside sinks no hot water . On arrival our pitch had dog mess everywhere after complaining was moved to another pitch . The site seems very untidy seeing it was advertising asU K number 1 holiday park

Upon your arrival, when you reported the issue with dog mess, we promptly assigned you a new pitch and sent a staff member to clean the affected area. While we strive to maintain our site and conduct daily checks, we are unable to monitor all guests with dogs.

As a new facility, we are continually working to enhance our operations for the comfort of our guests. We regret that you were not informed about the second shower block, which is conveniently located closer to your pitch. 不喜欢: I would imagine in high season that only 4 showers and 4 toilets might be a problem
