If you’re looking for a restful adults-only location for a Lancashire camping break close to one of the most famous seaside resorts in the UK, then Norcross may be the very spot for you. Approached by a rural lane, the grass pitches are on a level field sheltered by trees, yet this secluded camping field is just 20 minutes’ drive from the bright lights and mega-attractions of Blackpool. In fact, Norcross is close to lots of places: you can be ordering a pint in the local pub within five minutes’ walk, or carry on to the village of Newton with Scales (10 minutes’ walk) for a basics shop, cash point and post office. Hop in the car and head to the market town of Kirkham (five minutes’ drive) to pick up bits and bobs in the supermarket or bag a takeaway, while a 20-minute drive will see you in Lytham St Annes for beach walks, a Victorian pier and playing golf on a prestigious links course. Amenities on site are straightforward: a couple of loos and recycling facilities, but you can buy fresh eggs for a hearty breakfast fry up, seasonal fruit or veg and plants from the owners’ farm shop – they also run a smallholding with sheep and free-range hens.

喜欢 Loved the peaceful surroundings. Anything we wanted Andrew was on hand to sort it. From pubs, directions, eateries, shopping, places to visit.
The pitches were huge, the hook up was well positioned, there was a water point and drain within 6 foot of our tent. The toilets were very clean, Andrew checked them personally a few times a day. The showers were very good, especially the disabled shower unit, which was a huge room! Very pleased it was an adult only venue, but dogs were allowed. Sheep and horses in a nearby field. When we were due to leave our car battery was flat, Andrew was on hand straight away to jump start the car, no charge, just happy to help.

不喜欢 One posh lady who went to the toilet and complained that there was a small skid mark on the lower part of the toilet, obviously never been camping before, but Andrew immediately investigated it, washed it down and declared it cleaned.
I hate it when some people complain just for the sake of it.

喜欢 This was a great find lovely well kept site and even though at 1st glance the facilities look a little basic they are more than adequate and kept clean happily go back every time we are in the area, great price and even when paying for electricity still a great price.
Very friendly a nd has stocks of veg eggs and plants for sale

喜欢 Fantastic site. Big pitches, very clean facilities. Owner Stewart really cares about the site and campers. He couldn’t do enough for everyone, extremely friendly and caring.always making sure everyone’s happy.
With it been adult only site, not a bit of litter anywhere.
Nice cabin on site, that sells eggs, fruit and veg. And a nice garden centre , run by Annie lovely lady .
Highly recommended.

喜欢 The owner of the site was very friendly and checked everything was ok with us a couple of times. We stayed in the hardstanding area. There was plenty of room, it was flat and they were spaced well for privacy. A lovely quiet site and adults only. Amenities were ok with a good large wet room, also an outside shower and one more toilet. They were always immaculately clean.
Overall a great friendly site, will be visiting again.
