Manor Wood Country Caravan Park

喜欢: The location was really good, as were the facilities on site. Staff friendly and good cakes in the cafe. Nice flat pitch for tent.

不喜欢: The toilets and showers weren't cleaned enough for the bank holiday weekend when the site was full. The toilets by the tennis courts were awfully dirty and didn't look like they had been cleaned for the duration of the weekend. We did see them eventually being cleaned Monday lunchtime after most people had left.

Clearly the cleanliness of the toilets by the camping area and the showers in our main facilities were not cleaned to the standard that is expected of ourselves and our customers.
After speaking to my staff who were on duty over the weekend there was an obvious lack of communication between them selves and our cleaning staff. I can assure you this has now been rectified, and I am confident our expectations and your expectations will be met in the future.

Facilties on site, having an iron and ironing board was great

不喜欢: 6A electric hook up

Pitches really varying in size and "pitchability" and parking quite awkward to get into spaces

Cleanliness wasn't great, perhaps because it was a busy BH weekend, but the toilets where I was were dirty all weekend, and whilst had toilet paper, there was only 1 toilet with soap, and other toilet working hand drier.

喜欢: The location was great. Cafe was lovely and staff were super friendly and helpful. Tennis courts and fishing lakes were great.

不喜欢: Unfortunately the toilet block wasn't kept clean during our 2night stay, and the showers were out of order for the whole stay. We were not informed of this when we checked in.

喜欢: Love manor wood as it is local and loads to do for the kids. Staff are friendly.

不喜欢: No hot water for 3 nights in the shower block and toilets were not up to there usual cleanliness standards not what you expect for £60 plus a night.

喜欢: Excellent site, clean facilities, friendly staff, level pitches, nice cafe our children are all grown up but lovely site for children.

不喜欢: Maybe a little expensive if no children to use all facilities but a lovely site, pub within walking distance and Chester 20 minute drive. Will definitely return.
