喜欢 Nothing. We were only there to meet our family who were in a static close by. We wouldn’t have stayed more than one night otherwise.

不喜欢 We arrived on Easter Monday. The toilets were disgraceful. Early evening the owner’s wife was cleaning the toilet block, and attempted to assure me this wasn’t the usual standard. It was cleaned and restocked. We stayed 3 nights and it was clear to me the toilet block was not cleaned again. The site itself was all scruffy and run down. We won’t be going again.

喜欢 I had such a warm welcome from Simon when I arrived. It was a busy bank holiday Saturday. He greeted me with one of his owls ( as well as working on the campsite he is also Simon Smith of ' Owls and About' I came to learn. The campsite was busy and as a solo female traveller I felt very safe and protected knowing Simon was on site and close at hand if I needed anything all whilst being given the space to be an independent traveller. I loved the relax nature of the site, the beautiful field to one side which was my 'bedroom' view and Simons amazing Owls to the right of me. The amazing South Heacham beach is a minutes walk away. The beach side cafe cooks the most amazing and affordable homemade meals. There is a general store which is close and stocked with absolutely everything. The showers always ran with hot water as did the sinks for washing up. The cleaner does an amazing job keeping the facilities tip top and replenished.

不喜欢 The site itself. It’s not ‘Rustic’ it’s scruffy, neglected and dirty. Facilities are not fit for purpose and look like they haven’t had a proper clean in months.
And this place cost us £70 per night!!(Moho, 3 nights, electric,2dogs) Most expensive place we’ve ever stayed. Won’t be back.

喜欢 The location and proximity to the beach. Fire pits allowed.

不喜欢 Toilet facilities were not great. At busy times the shower temperature was hot-cold-hot-cold-hot cold. Only one tap in the toilets that seemed to be hot water, not great for cleaning teeth. Bin was always full and there seemed to be a lack of daily cleaning. Quite disorganised and not clear who was who. Owl-man seemed to be important? Owls were amazing, but never shut up all night; something I'm used to at home, but struggeled in my less soundproof camper.

I've never had a campsite charge extra to open my roll-out sunshade. I didn't roll it out. And it took a lot of convincing that I'd paid for the electric.

The site has lots of potential, but somehow was unfinished, disorganised and weirdly managed. I'd not be rushing back
