Make a break for the Malvern Hills National Landscape and a stay at Brickwalls Barn Caravan and Camping Site. This sweet little family-run Worcestershire site has fabulous views towards the hills and a peaceful atmosphere that’s just right for a quiet rural sojourn. It’s an adults-only setup here so you can expect a good dose of peace and quiet – and as there are only a handful of guests on site at any one time, you can expect a decent amount of space in which to relax too. Dogs are welcome here, and there’s a footpath just outside the site for a nice stroll (dogs or no dogs…). Having looked at the Malvern Hills from afar, no doubt you’ll be keen to get out and explore this stunning scenery – and that’s easily done, as a drive of 10 to 20 minutes will get you to some of the area’s top spots. Head in the other direction and you’ll reach the Cotswolds National Landscape, adding more lovely walking trails to your list. Closer to home, you can walk to Hanley Swan, about a mile away, along a level route that gets you to the village shop and local pub. Upton on Severn, about five minutes’ drive away, is another place that’s well worth visiting – particularly if you’re here when one of its lively music festivals is in action. Great Malvern, Tewkesbury and Worcester are all nearby for more urban strolls, and it’s about a 10-minute drive to events at the Three Counties Showground. It’s a very simple setup at this site with no guest toilets or showers, so you’ll need to be self-contained on the bathroom front. There's a massage and beauty treatment shop based on site (a separate business), so if you fancy some TLC, ask about availability once you arrive on site.

喜欢 Lovely peaceful location, easy to get to and great scenery. Easy walk to the local pub which was very nice and we would love to have tried Sunday dinner here if we'd have got there early enough!
Great facilities, free wifi, husband approved of the chemical disposal point (he's had some past trauma!)
Perfectly level pitch too
Would definitely stay here again.

不喜欢 Probably nothing to do with the site but there were A LOT of flies! Like constant swarms! Only opened the van to unpack and within a few mins the van was covered in them. Spent the evening fly swatting. Don't know if this is because of the horses or just a random thing

喜欢 We given warm welcome from the owners and Lou (the boss!) came over once we were pitched up to see if we had any questions and to let us know about local walks etc.

The site is lovely and green, with great views over the paddocks and Malvern Hills. There are stables right next door and if you are lucky you will get to see the horses being exercised by their owners.

There are 5 Grass pitches all with electric hook ups and two fresh water points in the field. There is one hard standing pitch but we prefer to be on grass where ever possible.

We got to experience a beautiful sunset over the hills and as the evening skys were clear as there is very little light pollution the stars were everywhere. We were even treated to the owls in the oak tree above our van.

Sunday morning we woke to the church bells ringing which a lovely way to wake up.

This a great spot if you are thinking of exploring the Malverns. We will 100% be back.

喜欢 So peaceful, owner was lovely, loved the horses, very relaxed atmosphere, we could arrive anytime and leave anytime so wasn’t rushed. We will definitely be returning when we are in the area.
