喜欢 Peaceful, relax placed to stay with lovely walk and bike trails around. Staff were very helpful. Wood stay again.
不喜欢 The only thing that was a pain was the site was in a different place on google maps so we had loads of trouble trying to find it when we went out on our bikes. Should have used what three words I guess

喜欢 It dies what it promises to do. Provide basic facilities in a very pleasant area. The firest surroundings are loveky. Its quiet and peaceful. Good for dog walking. There's a lot of cyclists. Pitches are undefined which is nice because you can choose yourself a nice spot away from others.
We had nothing to complain.about. it was cheap and we are realistic people.

If not in a vehicle, don't pay. Arrive & pitch. No 'policing'.

喜欢 Location - in the middle of Cannock Chase's MTB trails. Easy to jump on the trials from the campsite. Loads of room if you're just in tent and not in 'gin palace on wheels'. The 'required' personal toilet was a challenge. Not. I'll stay again as the location is excellent - 5mins on the road or via the downhill section of 'Follow the Dog' MTB trail to the Cannock Chase Visitor Centre and trail heads. I wouldn't pay for a pitch should I return though!!
不喜欢 Cost - this site states that there are no toilets, showers, electrical hook-ups. Chemical toilet disposal, bins & drinking water are provided and that's it. Fine, you've been warned. However, for literally a patch of grass on which to pitch my tent, I paid £125.00 for 5 nights. I had no vehicle, as bike-packing, and in retrospect, could have easily just bowled up and pitched. You'd only need to book & pay to pitch if you need the code to enter in a vehicle via the drive's gate. No sign of any wardens / officials. The site is stated as 'bike friendly'. Yep, location wise. But you try and find a bike stand to lock your bike to. I just used an in-situ picnic table and a cable lock. See photo.

喜欢 Like camping in the woods, nice to see so many squirrels and birds singing,
不喜欢 Some times cars driving past so quick creating so much dust, in parts the ground so uneven when walking. I think its expensive for whats there.
