- No bachelor/bachelorette parties permitted via Pitchup.com.
- At least one of the party members must be aged 18 or over.
- No charcoal barbecues allowed.
- Under 18s must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
- Guests are required to bring their own toilet and shower facilities. Generators are permitted for a maximum of 2 hours between 10am and 6pm.

Liked The site wasn’t too busy, lots of space and lovely and quiet. Great base for heading out walking and cycling and not too long a walk to the park centre or to the pub. Our second stay here so we knew what to expect
