喜欢 Views proximity to pub. Nice walks

不喜欢 The permanent pods noisy group disturbed the peace . Pitches fir camping are crammed in together noisy and no privacy.only small wicket fence between. No hedges like in Europe My neighbours could see right into my van . There was lots of Dog poo on my pitch and rubbish and toys from other campers so I had to clear it before parking The electricity didn’t work. Facilities too few for amount of people no answer from emergency phone number very expensive for what I got and why did I to join greener camping club ? I won’t use it again.

喜欢 Absolutely perfect. Loved every minute. Showers & toilets were good. Very clean. Pitches were great too. Nicely positioned so you weren't on top of one & another. Staff were so helpful nothing was too much for them. Always around to help. Thanks all a wonderful stay. We will be back. Pitches 3&4.

不喜欢 The step up to the toilet/showers were a little steep for me.
Could do with a few more.
It would have been nice for the shop to be open.

喜欢 Proximity to Oxford excellent and view lovely. The nature trail is stunning.
Red kites overhead all the time.
Staff are friendly.

不喜欢 1. This the most expensive site we have ever stayed on. We were charged circa £38 per night, including £5 per night for electricity (£15 in total) for 3 nights. The electric meters weren't working.

2. Shower temperature regulator not working. Either freezing cold or scalding hot.

3. Noisy. Dogs, owner's vehicles. See also item 4.

4. Lack of privacy due to the layout and cloze proximity of pitches along a fenceline.

5. Greener credentials poor. No recycling for paper or cans - as far as I could see.

6. Why do you need all the strings of lights everywhere? There is just no need at all for all that light pollution.

喜欢 The views.

不喜欢 The lack of personal interaction on checking in. Very “do it yourself”.
Electric hook up is extra.
Facilities were very basic and not very clean.
No grey water disposal, was told to empty on the grass by the elsan waste disposal, not very “green.”

喜欢 Easy to locate.
Nice views of the countryside.
Nice to have fire pits.
Access to showers and toilets easy.

不喜欢 The lane to the campsite is full of pot holes, could do with some attention. Taxi drivers didn’t like coming down the lane because of this. Makes for a difficult access and exit to site.

More showers needed, one out of order. Only 2 out 3 working. After queuing the water was cold. Not pleasant. Water pressure is very poor, just a trickle from the shower.

Electric was charged as an extra £7 per day/night. This does not correspond with amount of electric used for a w/e. Site is expensive enough with the extra cost of electric.
