喜欢 The site is extremely well kept, spotless with good amenities . David the manager is very welcoming and informative as to what is around the local area. Near to Stamford and Bourne this is a lovely location to stay.
We noted the previous reviews regarding road noise but it really didn’t bother us. We slept like logs!

不喜欢 Nothing to dislike! We will definitely be returning.

喜欢 Pitch size and privacy due to laurel hedges. Pitch facilities excellent. Well laid out site with all amenities. Nice large showers with ample hot water. Quality loo paper provided and good information on arrival.

不喜欢 Some road noise. WiFi would be useful even for a small fee.

喜欢 Cresslands is a hidden gem. The site has been tentively designed and intertwines with nature. The stream, that ran along the side, was crystal clear & teeming with little fish, whilst we weren't fortunate enough to spot a kingfisher( needed more time),we did see a little egret and red kites. Hats off to David, who has created a tranquil site, with an abundant eco system. One of the best sites we've stayed on, over the years!
The shower & toilet facilities were well equipped, spacious & extremely clean.
Others have commented on the adjacent traffic noise, but to be honest, it didn't really bother us.
We visited Stamford with it's amazing architectural churches & buildings, vibrant shops, cafes & bustling market. Ate at The Black Horse, a short drive away & The Horsehoes, virtually on Cresslands doorstep. Both of which served great food with a friendly service.
We'll definitely return to this site, but this time, explore the nearby nature reserve and local walks, which are easily accessible from this glorious site.

喜欢 The actual pitches and surrounding areas were great
The barrier system smart and easy to operate

不喜欢 booked 2 nights but only stayed one night
A15 road noise is excessive
Van vibrated at times
Toilet block is super clean but not very practical
2 showers 2 toilets 2 basins for use of all the site guests

喜欢 Everything. It's beautifully designed. Immaculate grass and hard standing pitches laid out in a circular pattern which feels spacious and private. Benches, BBQ, good facilities.Lots of sky and nature. Loved the Fenland river walk from the campsite.

喜欢 Very neat and clean site with good washing and showering facilities. Easy to find. Lots of space around each pitch.

不喜欢 At rush hour in the week the main road is very busy and noisy.

喜欢 Lovely site. Small, peaceful. Beautiful landscaping of the site with a lovely river at the top of the site. Amenities very clean and well maintained. Site owner (and his dog) very friendly and welcoming.
Perfect for a stop on the way over to Norfolk. Will definitely use again when heading over that way.

喜欢 David met us when we arrived and took us to our pitch. Large fully serviced level pitch with plenty of room for our twin axle caravan, awning and car. Each pitch is separated by a large laurel hedge which gives you privacy. Spotlessly clean shower and toilet facilities with two showers, two toilets and two wash hand basins. Washing up facilities are also available. Washing machine in the same area although not needed on this occasion. The site is set in beautiful surroundings with a small river running alongside it. Walks from the site into the fens. Fabulous garden centre with cafe and shops just a short walk away.

喜欢 Big private pitches, with hedges around. Toilet/shower, pot wash and washing machine very well presented. Very clean site. David is a very talented wood turner.
