来自经理: Very disappointed with this review, as it's only the second one lower than 8 received this year. To award 6/10 value for money, 6/10 for cleanliness and only 1/10 for facilities, when you had a wonderful exercising your two dogs in the paddock, seems totally unjustified. These sort of reviews have a devastating effects on small sites, who rely on good reviews and work hard to maintain standards on the site.

喜欢 A nice informative welcome. A decent sized level pitch. Although right next to the road it didn't bother me at all and I heard no traffic through the night. The dog walking field has stunning views across hilly countryside. Beautiful stone farm buildings for the toilet and bin shed- quirky and very clean. Lovely to see and hear the planes flying overhead. Didn't manage to go in the museum but maybe I'll make another visit sometime.

喜欢 The host was welcoming, and even provided us with a booklet giving information about the site, area, shops, pubs and walks nearby. The facilities are limited but spotlessly clean and for a small site totally adequate. There are no shower facilities which is made clear on pitch up when booking, so expectations are well managed. There is a wonderful small aviation museum literally across the path, with friendly and informative staff. It is free and well worth an hour or so of your time to learn a bit more about the nearby RAF base. I would highly recommend this site if you are looking for a quiet and small friendly site.
