Tyckte inte om Nothing at all. Due to heatwave there was a fire ban and the stream was bone dry. I will look forward to staying again another time when we can make use of these and enjoy it even more!

Tyckte om A friendly personal welcome from the owner Clean toilet / shower block plenty of space spread across 2 fields with a lovely little woodland bit Games room kept us dry and entertained during rain spells! 2 good eateries within walking distance no more expensive than other sites with less facilities

Tyckte inte om the site is sandwiched between the hope valley railway line and the main road. So it's not 'peaceful and idyllic' vibes, but its quiet enough at night to not have sleep disturbed.

Tyckte om Very clean, not busy / plenty of space, water and good hot showers in a well maintained toilet block, hard standing for cooking/fires. Playground and superb activities for kids

Tyckte om Clean flat site, friendly owners, good location for north wales beaches, facilities cleaned regularly, separate games field for the little ones to run around

Tyckte om Lovely site with hill views and the most pristine toilets and showers I've ever seen on a campsite! Magnus is a friendly and helpful chap. Lovely to have a firepit to cook on and burn wood in to keep warm Nice and quiet with no music noise. Good social distancing protocols with plenty of hand gel and clear instructions We got a superb clear view of the International Space Station as it passed overhead at 11pm!

Tyckte inte om Although the site is remote, there is a bit of road noise from the adjacent A road so it doesn't feel like the complete wilderness experience, if that's your thing

We've had some cloudy nights lately which is a shame because the dark sky and the Milky Way is fab on a clear night when you're sitting by your campfire. We look forward to seeing you next time.
