Our team members work hard to keep everything in tip-top shape for all our guests. We do apologise that our welcome team didn’t point you in the right direction. You should have been guided straight to the Touring Hut, where our touring team members would have looked after you and made your arrival super smooth. It’s in our nature to take feedback on board, and we’ll make sure future guests don’t end up on a little “Touring Hut treasure hunt.” We’re so glad you had a great few days, and we can’t wait to welcome you back for an even smoother, more fun start next time!
