Tyckte om Country park was great, had watersports and things to do near by, friendly campers.

Tyckte inte om Showers & toilets dirty. Used the water sports area showers and they were dirty too. Staff at the shop could not be bothered to offer assistance. Generally oversubscribed

I’m very sorry, however, to hear about the condition of the shower and toilet facilities, both on the campsite and at the watersports area. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and I’m sorry that the facilities did not meet the standard you expected. I’m also disappointed to hear about your experience with the service in the shop. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and I’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the site feeling oversubscribed and your suggestion about having full-time cleaners.
