Gostou Country park was great, had watersports and things to do near by, friendly campers.

Não gostou Showers & toilets dirty. Used the water sports area showers and they were dirty too. Staff at the shop could not be bothered to offer assistance. Generally oversubscribed

Do gestor: Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you enjoyed the country park and the range of watersports and activities available nearby. It’s also lovely to hear that you found the other campers friendly. I’m very sorry, however, to hear about the condition of the shower and toilet facilities, both on the campsite and at the watersports area. Cleanliness is extremely important to us, and I’m sorry that the facilities did not meet the standard you expected. I’m also disappointed to hear about your experience with the service in the shop. This is certainly not the level of customer service we aim to provide, and I’ll make sure your comments are passed on to the relevant team. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the site feeling oversubscribed and your suggestion about having full-time cleaners. Your comments are very helpful, and I’ll ensure they are shared with the relevant management teams for consideration. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to highlight these areas where we can improve. Kind regards
