Tyckte inte om Out of hours contact Our electric tripped out within an hour of setting up. The person on reception responded promptly. However, it tripped out again around 9:30 that evening. I rang a number on the leaflet given and left a message. We subsequently managed to resolve this ourselves as we carried an extra large cable but the point is no one returned my call. Not happy that I didn’t receive a courtesy call the next day. Didn’t try the showers due to previous poor reviews so relied on our own facilities but they looked quite clean

Tyckte om Having read the poor reviews before I came I wasn’t expecting much but I was very pleasantly surprised. The fields are spacious and the site peaceful. The toilets are a bit tired but clean. We’re lucky enough to have a good shower in the van so didn’t use theirs. Had a meal the first night. Pub was clean, had a nice atmosphere and the staff were polite, the meal was delivered quickly, good food at usual pub prices had a peaceful night and we enjoyed our spot so much that we booked another 2 nights

Tyckte om Great it was very peaceful everyone was friendly and the owner extremely kind and helpful accommodated our request for a level pitch. Very reasonable rates Would stay again if up this way
