Tyckte om Location was good for where we wanted to visit.

Tyckte inte om The toilet and shower block was disgusting, didn't even want a shower with shoes on.
We were there 3 nights and I would have bet money it wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there.
Right next to a main road so could always hear traffic.
In a small field right next to other campers who were noisy late into the night with loud music.
The small onsite shop was closed even during opening hours.

Från föreståndaren: I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay. When you check-in you are given a card with your pitch number, the codes and the mobile number to use for any issues including disturbances whilst staying as we are unable to rectify anything once you have left.
The facilities are cleaned on a regular basis, again any short falls we need to be notified immediately. As it is autumn mud does get walked in which will make the floors dirty.

Tyckte om Easy booking, Great value for the money, lovely pitches with electric hook up and water tap aswell 👌 river medway close by, loads to do, took our two young grandchildren with their bikes, they loved it, will definitely book again.

Tyckte inte om Turned in sign said 4star park. The new showers were closed with a strong smell of poo. Went to the old showers that looked like they had just been cleaned by a blind person. Pubic hair on the floor it looked like a cheap trailer park left 30mins later never went back

Från föreståndaren: I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay and will not return.
The new showers and toilets were the only block open, the older ones have been locked for over 1 month and no-one has access to them so I am bewildered at how you managed to gain access to them and not notifying us to investigate the alleged issue. Other guests staying at the same time have noted how clean the facilities were.

Tyckte om We liked the site’s beautiful open fields, woodland and riverside walks. A lovely setting.
Our stay was late in the season and the site was very quiet and peaceful.
We enjoyed a drink in the pub which was a very short walk away as was a lovely seafood stall.The pitches with hookup were spaced well with easy access to water.
Hot showers.

Tyckte inte om Entrance was a bit off putting - it could be tidier. The grass was a little long but the weather was quite dry so not too much of a problem. We were expecting to use the newly refurbished facilities but they were not open - only the older ones were available. To be fair - they were “ tired” but clean.
Bin area could be enclosed with a recycling facility.
The chemical disposal area was a little smelly.

The bin area is going to be enclosed soon, we did try out recycling however this was not used correctly and everything got mixed up together.

Tyckte om Lots of space, so private & can pitch next to river especially if paddling, staff at reception very helpfull

Tyckte inte om One toilet block, litterally several hundred metres from some of the ptches so far from adequate, pub close by but no dogs so have to sit outside which is ok dependent on weather/time of year

The toilets and showers had 2 daily cleans and as the fields are open for walking and camping in mud will be walked into them.
General waste and recycling goes into the same bin which gets sorted on collection.

Tyckte om Location was good for me as a quick 3 day getaway. Reception was friendly and informative for my stay.
Vast areas for dog walking and exploring the countryside

Tyckte inte om Arrived at my pitch and the grass surrounding my van was overgrown. The electric hookup point( which also included the water point ) which to me is a no no ( electric & water should be separated? ) but the pitch was level !
Onto the shower blocks …. Ermmm not the cleanest and best maintained I’ve come across. Lots of cobwebs and dirt visible. I know this is a large campsite but I did expect cleaner conditions

The electric and water is separate and does comply to safety standards, however I can understand that some guests are unsure and may not be happy having them on their pitch.
The grass cutting has to be re-scheduled at times due to inclement weather, therefore may not get cut weekly.
The toilets and showers had 2 daily cleans,the floors will become dirty quickly when the grass and paths are wet and muddy. As the windows are open for better ventilation spiders will get in and spin webs as soon as one set are cleared.
