Tyckte om I wanted to take my son away somewhere not too far from home. Site was only 20min away from my house but I could have been anywhere. Though it’s only just off the main road into deal I could have been in the middle of the countryside. It was lovely to disappear for the night and do some camping with the boy. This is an excellent site with all the amenities: toilet block (with proper flushing toilets), Shower Block,Bar,Animals,small playground. I asked my son for his review and he said “it was amazing” we will definitely return in a larger group

Tyckte om On my arrival, I was met by a very friendly host, who checked me in. The campsite is well laid out, clean & I had a decent sized pitch. The one set of toilets were very rustic, with another set more modern & a shower facility. All very clean. Once I'd settled in, I walked to the bar area for a drink & food.
The layout is very quirky with lots of sofas & tables & chairs. The bar price was very reasonable as was the food, it was Friday & pizza night. I had the BBQ chicken, delicious. The menu catered for all needs, ie vegetarian etc. There was also live music that night. Again the hosts were very friendly as were other guests. I retired to my campervan early, as I was tired after a long journey. The campsite is very quiet. The next morning I decided to have breakfast there, I had the full English & a black coffee. It was cooked fresh, delicious & good value. The campsite allows dogs & everyone kept their dogs on a lead, stated. I loved my stay there & if I'm down that end of the country, I'd definitely stay again. I travelled from Gloucestershire.

Tyckte om What a gem of a campsite! Great facilities that was kept clean and topped up. Lovely, cosy bar area with blankets and log burners. Animals and play area for the kids. Decent food in the bar as well. Highly recommend 👌

Tyckte om Site was easy to find and communication with owner was excellent, on arrive very helpful and lots of flexibility.
Site was very clean and accessible to facility as site if very nicely laid out. The animals were lovely to see and very happy and luv to see guests , kids loved them.
Staff was so helpful and the host was amazing, I was unable to get gas bottle before trip and he was happy to get for us which was so helpful as had kids, he was so flexible. Host came and checked if we was comfortable and in need of anything and made sure what every we needed i.e advice and activities in local area he had that knowledge to make ur trip go smoothly .
We had kids which was r first and there's 2 and they love it as all guests and staff was there to make there time very special as site and was very safe and children friendly.
Club house and food was available when need which really helpful when it rain which was not a drama as there is a nice area that u can eat uncover and wash area are also covered so can shower and clean gear with some supplies which was very helpful. Vey clean and supplies top up when needed.
Pitch really good size and had a lovely camp fire to cook and have marshmallow 2 in evening, which makes kids happy.
Community was amazing neighbours help with missing equipment i.e hammer lol and everyone including staff was smiling and friendly every interaction and good morning was much appreciation when out of comfort zone in a new place and every was happy friendly and shared info.
Staff so friendly and helpful and meet all needs on site.
Host communicated was great and u can c that Lillyroo's is here for u to have a wonderful trip.
They were no pressures and everyone so helpful and pleasant, this is what camping about.
Lots to do in local area, parks, beaches, wildlife park and so much more.
Cant wait to go back hopefully this weekend😊

Tyckte om Great bell tent with furnishing, fireplace, and outdoor furniture. Reasonable facilities on the grounds. We very much enjoyed access to cooked breakfast and dinner on-site.

Tyckte om Everything! The pitch sizes and layout of the site are great: the toilets and showers were always clean; the bar area is fantastic, serving great food; the owners and staff were all friendly and welcoming. Best campsite stay in a very long time - will be back.

Bar and pizza were really good.
Staff were friendly and helpful
Able to have a campfire was great.
Pitches were separated off
Animals were great
Nearby Ramsgate was lovely

Tyckte inte om Confusion over where to park our car after setting up as it seemed the car park was numbered for the other pitches (we had no pitch number) but apparently this wasn't the case.
