Frost Hole

Tyckte om We had a great stay at Frost Hole Campsite. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The site is well maintained, with the toilets and shower facilities cleaned regularly and fresh water readily available. Overall, a fantastic campsite experience and one we would happily recommend to others.

Tyckte om Great campsite, feels almost like wild camping as others said. Hot shower very nice to have there as well.

Was just a short stay for us, but would love to return as we didn't have much time to explore the area, but there are lots of routes around and some wild swimming not too far away too.

The facilities were lovely and really well maintained. Weather was perfect and even managed to go for a swim. Myself & my partner will 100% be back!

Tyckte om Great location, great facilities, stunning views, everyone was really friendly, owners are lovely, helpful, flexible & kind! Clean toilets, nice hot shower, close to all the walks etc we wanted to do! Will need a car to access and get around :)

Tyckte om Well signposted for such a secluded area. Easy check-in and to just pitch anywhere. Views are unbelievable and if you are lucky to get a clear night it is truly breathtaking.

I recently stayed at this campsite and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The location is absolutely breathtaking — panoramic views that make every sunrise and sunset unforgettable. It’s the kind of place where you can just sit back, relax, and soak in nature’s beauty.

The facilities were fantastic. The hot showers were spotless and always had plenty of hot water, which was such a treat after a long day of hiking. Drinking water was easily accessible around the site, and everything was well-maintained and clearly cared for.

It’s rare to find a campsite that combines such incredible scenery with comfort and convenience, but this one really does. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful, well-equipped escape in the great outdoors!
