Tyckte om: Swimming/outdoor activities easy to book. Attendant in the pool very helpful. Shop well stocked and had basic neccessities. Grandchildren love the evening disco entertainment with the Starland crew.

Tyckte inte om: Found the changing rooms very wet after swimming activity. The facilities available on the touring side is very poor. Our pitch (number 1) was unkept and had litter all around it. The shower block was dirty and wet constantly. It lacked suffiecient hanging space when changing after a shower, consequently clothes had to be put on the dirty floor or got wet. I know we only stayed for one night but these facilities were not cleaned in all that time. The same pools of water/dirty floors etc where still like it the next morning from the night before. This was very disappointing having stayed earlier in the year in a static caravan.

I'm sorry the conditions of your pitch were muddy; we appreciate this this can have an impact on our guests experience and hope you were able to raise any concerns with our dedicated team so that they could look to assist you with this. I will share your comments regarding the facilities with our Touring Manager and ask that they investigate this further, as well as implementing additional cleaning checks. We do hope despite the issues you've raised that you enjoyed your stay overall. ^AB

You can only sit outside at outside restaurant .they wouldn't allow me to pick my dog up and go get drink .or sit inside with her being solo person .I went once there not again .toilets were disgusting .never clean .you had to spray bugs or you got bit having shower .cob webs everywhere .toilets were always broke .toilet flush on 3 toilets never worked kept sticking .they were told by everyone .other toilet was out of use .wouldn't recommend

Tyckte om: Plenty to do for kids and adults on a night been twice and enjoyed both times

Tyckte inte om: On arrival we got our pitch got there and someone as dumped all there waste water all over so asked to change to another then to find that was full of dog poo but 3rd time lucky I guess. Fishing pond looks diss owned talked to everyone fishing to see if anyone caught anything but they didn’t tried myself and didn’t not sure if there many fish in.

Tyckte inte om: First pitch given already had someone on it. No phone number to ring reception just a text number so no instant reply. Had to go back to reception to ask for another pitch number, given a new one , went back to touring and someone on it again. Went back again to reception and was told to drive round and just find one and then text the number and let them know where we were. Missed our swimming slot because of this! All pitches hardly had any grass left on them

Tyckte om: Everything clean tidy and very spacious pitches, we was literally 20 second walk to the shower/toilet block

Tyckte inte om: Signal was crap where we was, also our pitch was in the top right hand corner which was covered in trees so couldn’t even sit in the sun! Everybody else on the touring pitches was surround by sun apart from us (just a tad jelous) but other than that it was a good weekend

Tyckte om: The toilets and facilities are always clean and tidy nea the tourer pitches. Good entertainment for both adults and kids, reccomended side easy to get to. Poor signal though in most areas of the site. Wifi is only inside the show bar and the restaurant
