Tyckte om Lovely, roomy pitch although had to pitch transversely. Wonderful views, great showers and loos.

Tyckte inte om Couldn’t find a kitchen so forced to do washing up in ladies loo’s.

we're sorry you didn't find the wash up area, it is sign posted from the site & is by the social area to the side of the clubhouse, its also detailed in the printed site info handouts in the clubhouse lobby along with the other site info.

Tyckte om Good showers. Good toilets - except the ones in the rugby club building which were disgusting. Liked lack of petty rules. Liked the spaciousness and ther quiet - even the first night, which was busy, all was quiet for the night.

Tyckte inte om It would be helpful to tell people that the electric hook-up pitches are very sloping. I hven't room in my little camperven to carry levelling blocks; fortunately found a couple of bricks which served the purpose. Saw no staff, so cannot comment.

Tyckte om First time on set - nice and quiet with great view. We were on a hard standing pitch with EHU with was sloping - definitely need levelling blocks - not a lot of room between the pitches though, but ok.
Reasonable facilities - very good showers.
Staff on site very nice and great having clubhouse open.
Nice walks from site to Stow and local villages.

Tyckte inte om Toilet facilities don't seem to be cleaned regularly - we had overflowing waste bins and no soap in ladies toilet for the two days we were on site.

Tyckte om Very enjoyable two night stay. Campsite spacious and well maintained. Ablutions are modern and clean and, although small, we never had to queue for anything. Ideal spot to explore the Cotswolds

We're sorry you found the pitch sizes small, they are standard size pitches as advised by the Camping Club, & the pitch you were on was at the end of the grass sites so you had plenty of room to spread if needed. With regard to the clubhouse prices, they are approximately 20% cheaper than the local pubs, and are "club prices" & as cheap as we can realistically make them, a pint in the local pubs is on average £7, our is £5.95....

The coffee wagon is a visiting enterprise & not run by the club, they have very clear signage which states opening times are Saturday & Sundays between 8am & 1pm..

Its just not economically possible to have full time staff as we are not a large enough site to justify the costs, we have staff visiting the site at least daily but not all day, which is why we have a contact phone number on the board to the entrance of the camp site & also on the booking acknowledgment you received, & its also clearly displayed in the camping information space in the clubhouse lobby, this number goes directly to our staff who are always happy to help.

If we employed full time staff we would need to significantly increase our prices which we don't want to do, which is why all our staff are volunteers.
