От менеджера: Thank you for your feedback. As is detailed in the campsite description on Pitchup the site is located on a working mixed farm. As we hope you are aware over the last few years farming has become very challenging in the UK. Your stay coincided with the cross over between Autumn harvest and planting next season’s crop, which is a well-known busy time for farming. With changes in relation to environmental factors, weather patterns are also changing, with more unpredictable periods occurring. With this all being the case, farmers have to make the most of clement weather windows to conduct tasks like planting at a time dictated to by the weather, to ensure produce is of a quality suitable to place on the market, at a time when the UK faces more pressure in relation to food security. With relation to farm traffic movement the published Quiet Hours, reviewable in the Booking Terms and Conditions, of between 7 a.m. and 10:30pm where respected. With regards to being “very expensive for the time of year”. The campsite operates on a two-season basis (Summer and Winter Seasons), with the Summer Season ending on 29th of October. As with every season, research is conducted to ensure we are competitive with other campsites in the Wiltshire area that offer similar facilities. Indeed, prices have been maintained for a number of seasons now, despite the rising costs experienced by most UK businesses and the different use cases of campers. Examples being more electric demands for shower units, and higher cleaning expenses in the summer, with more electric demands for heating appliances etc in the winter.

Понравилось Fantastic size pitches, really liked that you could park any way you wanted. The gentleman in reception couldn’t have been more helpful, Toilet block and facilities were spotless. We ate in Jesse’s and the food was outstanding ( we had the menu from Arthur’s) Would most definitely recommend and return very soon

Понравилось The view and the highland cows

Не понравилось Pitches are not allocated and the ground is very soft, and uneven, not easy to get a large campervan on and off in the mud, it was a bit of a free for all! The toilet block was awful! Extremely dirty and bins only emptied once a day, not all toilet's and showers were in use and the one’s which were weren’t very nice to use at all.

Понравилось Little patch of heaven! Within easy walking distance from New quay, spotless facilities and beautifully kept, added bonus of the horse box bar, a site to return to time and time again

Понравилось Staff where very friendly, and helpful, plenty of room around the pitches

Не понравилось Toilets and showers weren’t the best but functional, if they were improved it would be fab site
