Не понравилось Very loud noise from a property next to the campsite on the 1st evening Freezing cold showers in mens Pitches too close to each other

Понравилось Beautiful setting. Play park. Nicely spaced pitches, clean amenities. Easy access from main roads to site and close to Keswick and Ullswater.

Не понравилось The weather! Nothing to do with the site just unlucky. No WiFi.

Понравилось Easy access to site, lovely river side setting location. The site is located next to some lovely pubs within 2 or 3 minutes walk. The site is enclosed within its own security controlled gates. Nice spacious pitches and nice wash block. We would definitely use this site again and recommend to others

Не понравилось Only dislike is some inconsiderate campers on the Friday evening, drunken behaviour keeping us awake until after 1am. Not ideal when you've been travelling since 5am. This is not a reflection of the site more so inconsiderate people. We did mention this to the very nice owners who said they would deal with it and were very apologetic. The following evening all was quiet onsite.

Понравилось 3rd visit to this site. Overnight stop onwards to Devon. Great easy access from M5 into site. We visited Upton On Seven this time, beautiful. Nice pitches and small play area and garden games available for children.

Не понравилось Wash facilities desperate for an overhaul. Some updated play park equipment would be great too. Having said this it wouldn't stop us staying again!

Понравилось Peaceful site, well located for walks and access to Coldstream on foot and lots of others places to visit nearby. Play park a great addition for the children. Shower block clean and tidy.

Не понравилось Pitches not very roomy, prefer sites with more spacious pitches, having said that would not stop me recommending or returning in the future.

Понравилось We booked this site as an stop over to break from a journey home from Cornwall. I read the reviews leading up to our stay and was a little worried. On arrival we were met by a lovely warden who allowed access onto site. She explained where all facilities were and showed us to our pitch. We had asked to be close to the park and they 100% gave us this!! When we arrived I was a but alarmed that the site looked to be residential. We have encountered a bad experience of this prior to staying on this site. All residential/seasonal pitchers were welcoming and pleasant.. The facilities are immaculate. Yes a little tired but very clean. The wardens could not be more helpful. The drive up to site is fine. Yes it's small road but having been in Cornwall this is nothing 😆.

Не понравилось On arrival a bit alarmed at it being a residential site due to past experience however all residential/seasonal are very welcoming. No bad behaviour. All quiet by dusk. Toilet paper ran out but this happens!

Понравилось The location is excellent access from the M5. 2nd time we have used this site for a stop over on route to Cornwall. Lovely small site with spacious pitches. Small play area for the children and a pub adjacent. We didn't eat at the pub but did use it for a couple of drinks and the staff were all welcoming. Tewkesbury is a short drive away and a must see even if staying briefly as we did.

Понравилось Lovely peaceful well spaced pitches. Great access to lots of days out in Northumberland. Would definitely stay again but have to use own facilities.

Не понравилось Facilities let this site down. Not clean, no hand drying facilities and locks rubbish. People getting locked in.

Понравилось Quiet site with easy to find location. Pub adjacent. Didn't try the food but good to be able to get a couple of drinks. Free WiFi. Trampoline for kids to play on in touring area.

Не понравилось Toilet and shower area not overly clean. We only used the site as a 1 night on way to cornwall so it was ok but if there for any length of time I would have had to speak to the site regarding the cleanliness

Не понравилось Toilet/wash block, 1 unable to be used due to broken handle, the other had faulty lock. Several people ended up trapped
